the statement that this service was suspended “without any proof of abuse” is incorrect.
We received multiple independent abuse reports concerning the affected service. These reports included detailed technical evidence, including complete mail headers and timestamps, showing that the server was involved in the transmission of credential-phishing emails impersonating a financial institution.
Due to the repeated and serious nature of the abuse, the service was suspended and subsequently permanently terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and our strict abuse policy.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for phishing, credential theft and similar malicious activity on our network. Whether such activity was intentional or resulted from compromised credentials or software does not change our obligation to protect third parties and our infrastructure.
The request to temporarily reactivate the terminated server for data access was declined for security reasons. We do not restore unrestricted access to systems that have been terminated following serious phishing abuse.
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their important data.
We understand that the termination of a service is inconvenient, but protecting our network and third parties from phishing and other abusive activity must take priority.

They take a lot of time to deploy the service you're buying from them. Definitely cannot recommend it if you need VPS, for example, here and now. You'll stay unsatisfied with their service.
P.S I paid for the already set up VPS, so it should have been delivered within few hours. However, it wasn't.

To clarify, the service you purchased was not a VPS. A Virtual Private Server can typically be deployed instantly, but what you ordered was a Dedicated Sale Server, which is physical hardware. These servers require manual preparation and therefore can only be deployed during our working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00. Because your order was placed over the weekend, the deployment could only begin once our team was back in the office.
Your server should now be fully deployed, and please note that billing cycles are always reset to begin when the server goes live, so you never lose any paid time.
If you ever require faster deployment, we recommend placing orders during working hours and sending us a ticket or Discord message—our team can often help speed things up when possible.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with a smoother experience going forward.
