Honestly the worst support experience i have ever had with a company. They suspended my VPS without any reason and they still haven't answered me why.

DeinServerHost is a TOP hosting provider! They have the strongest, fastest and cheapest product on the market.. Their support team is very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely fast in responding.
I’m currently using an Windows SSD VPS and I am too pleased with its speed. I definitely recommend their services. i give them 5 stars..Thank you Christian Ralph Hennig and all your team.

I have been using their services for more than half a year. Not only they have answered billion questions, some of which could have been annoying, but also the servers are incredibly good, especially for the price. Before them, I used about 5-10 hosting providers and they all had some problems. Either CPU could not handle a server, either it was very expensive or sometimes the server could not handle DDoS. With these German guys, there are 0 problems.
Honestly, if someone thinks that Deinserverhost can be rated below 5 stars, then they are the problem, not the host.

It is a good host that have realy good support i had a problem even if tryed changing the password it did not change at all so i contacted the support and after 10 min i have the support helped me within min with the problem so that is fast.

Absolutely awesome service. Always helpful. We work with them already for 3 years, always without problems.

DeinServerHost had been one of the best-dedicated server providers I’ve ever used.

Let’s start by saying I was lucky enough to get Ryzen 7 3700X, 64GB of RAM for just 60€/month from their server clearance. Incredible, isn’t it?

The performance was great! There were no issues in this department. Incredible for just 60€!!

The support team is nice and friendly. They always reply within a few hours, on Discord, or on website tickets. They are polite and patient, they are listening and doing everything they can until they resolve your problems!

The network speeds are great! Ping is solid. Pretty much all servers are equipped with 1Gbit connections and up to 8TB of bandwidth.

The panel is just amazing. You can control everything from OS reinstalls, control DDoS protection, see past and current attacks.

DDoS protection (EDITED, READ MORE BELOW): I will, sadly, not recommend this provider if you need reliable DDoS protection. They use Combahton, up to 225GB/s, but sadly, it’s not only blocking malicious IPs but even legit connections. Additionally, when the protection is enabled, it is making the server pretty much unusable to the part that even if you’re not blacklisted, you’ll still experience some strange latency of 300+ms. Now, I’m sure that’s because I am from a smaller county with not many world-known providers, but I shouldn't have to deal with this at all - you may be happy with it if you’re from Germany, but even than, I’m not sure if it’ll work for you. This was the reason I’m no longer using DeinSeverHost. Now, maybe that was a problem with just my dedicated, but even after 30 days, they were not able to find the solution.

EDIT: They are finally managing to switch from Combahton to their own Arbor / Corero custom solution! After a large series of attacks, the staff managed to switch me to a Corero which solved some of the issues I had in the past, but was not able to protect me as well...

DeinServerHost is definitely one of the best (if not the best) solutions in this price-point.

I had a bad experience with this provider, I tried to pay for a service but I had some problems in the process. I asked for a solution to the technical support and they did not offer it to me.

The worst of all is that they deleted my account for no reason. I had planned to pay with bitcoin, but after noticing that my account was eliminated I had some doubts, at this point I do not know if this company is reliable or not. Be careful.

I've been with DeinServerHost for a while now and they offer really good value for the money for a large variety of services. Support has always been nice and usually replied within a good time frame.
