really bad place to play their site…

really bad place to play their site lags like crazy there is a 1-2 sec delay when you press
and their support is something some of the most incompetent have spent 72 hours to get my account open again and they kept saying open a ticket in discord and when I did they wrote admin is sleeping you have to wait until he wakes up so he has almost slept over 82 hours :D

I’m sorry you had an unfortunate experience with our support team & had to wait awhile for your query to be attended to.

That said, our policy on account closures (player self-exclusion) is not a temporary deletion of an account. It is absolutely permanent. We do this with the players interest at heart.
