WORST tech support ever!

I've been using radiocaster for years. As buggy as it is, if I keep on top of it, it works, BUT, recently I purchased an offsite VPS and RC kept crashing. IO asked for help from DJsoft and got on response but after trying their "fix" I was ignored. SO I purchased the upgrade thinking I would be helped. Nope! I tehn emailed DJsoft direct, opened a new ticket and even registered to their forum and still NOTHING and I'beeen been dead in the water for well over a week now with ZERO tech support!!!

scammers, I bought a subscription for 6 months, after 3 weeks I was logged out and no contact.
