Very poor experience regarding delivery. The website clearly states that delivery takes no more than seven days, which is simply not true. Ten days have passed and the order has still not been delivered, with no explanation or prior notice.

This is misleading and dishonest when it comes to delivery promises. If the delivery time is longer, it should be stated honestly instead of providing false information. I do not recommend dealing with this company due to the lack of transparency and reliability

Would have chosen 0 star if it was an option! Worst online company i have ever dealt with, ordered 1 motorcycle tire and 4 car tires. I received the motorcycle tire and 1 of the car tires. After waiting many weeks I received the motorcycle tire then a week later I received 1 car tire. After waiting a few more weeks (I am quite a patient and lenient person) I heard nothing and sent them an email asking for an update on the delivery of the other 3 tires. Apparently they were out of stock and not planning to get in any more of the same tire model and just didn't bother telling me ! They offered to refund me for the 3 undelivered tires and only pay for the motorcycle tire and the 1 car tire (what the f!#k am I going to do with 1 un matching car tire?) So they offered me a full refund for the 4 car tires if I could send the 1 car tire back. Today is the 4th time in a row they have missed the pick up for the 1 tire to be returned, they won't give me a full refund for the 4 car tires until the 1 tire they sent me is returned! I have asked them multiple times to send me a return slip so I can drop it off at the post office and return it myself, but they completely ignore my request and keep "organising" another collection date. It feels like talking to a wall ! And yes, I have the receipts, all emails are kept because I dont trust them at all anymore and will try to proceed with legal action because I have the proof!

Clearly someone is unable to read.

4 weeks between the first tire & second tire arriving.

I Ordered 4 winter tires that were in stock. Website stated 2-3 days delivery.
3 weeks later, 3 tires were delivered to the workshop. I have sent several emails to find out where the last tire is, but I no longer get a reply from them. Terrible customer service.

* seems I got lucky, only had to wait 8 weeks to get the set of 4 tires ordered. Definitely won’t be ordering here ever again

This company is a scam! I pay for 4 tire only recive 2 and no answer on my request on cutomer service. Its 1 mounth ago.
I will probely need to go to Police and press charge.

Don’t use this company. 3/4 tires was delivered after two weeks. Then they cancelled the order of the last tire and created a new order. Customer support is a nightmare. Very impolite and provides no support. Now I’m trying to return the 3 tires since they cannot give me any useful information.

Delivery was registered 1st working day after order with tracking (DPD/Postnord). Challenge with 1st order due to delivery to garage which had been closed down some weeks ago. Excellent support from customer service by registering a replacement order free of charge to billing address. Tip: Check with garage prior to order, also for prices as they are not correctly stated on homepage.

Good information, good tyres. Good experiences on the websites. Took a little while before they arrived due to a long travelway.

Worst seller ever, first my delivery was lost, thennit was split in to two parts which came 3weeks a apartment. Dont buy from them

Very fast delivery, everything was perfect

The tier never came. I sent mail, call tlf and sent mail. But nothing happend. I canceled the order and will never order from you again. Now i am waiting for money back.

Quick delivery, brand new tires.

I orderd a tire after 14 days i got a notice saying the transport company had returned the order, and that from a no_reply email adress. The contact form does not work and the webchat does not reply...
And still no money back and no tire..

Slow delivery ,still not here after 3 weeks

I resieved only one tire today. I or the transporter did not know the history with the missing supply??
I'll wait sone days more, but one day i have to by new on tires somewhere??

Never Get my order after 3 weeks so i cancel.

Ordered 2 tires.. 1 arrived after about 2 weeks, the other arrived after 4 weeks. This also happened the last time I ordered tires. Bad routines at the shipping company? Not acceptable to wait 4 weeks.

I have not recived my Tire that I order 5 april and dekkonline not respond my email, and it,s not possible to get any contact. Bad Company

I dont get eny answer on my email from you. And i haven't got my tire yet. So this is so bad, and I starting to get angry on this shit from you.
