Delche Gaming 

Delche is no more…. But sadly the new scam website run by the same guy (with the same fake spammed positive reviews on TrustPilot) is GAMERIUM - the owner of the site (both Delche and Gamerium) Gurpaal Deol (companies house) attempted to contest my refund - I am not aware of the grounds, but the credit card company refused his application as I was able to evidence lack of delivery or response to my repeated contact with him both to cancel or update me on the pre-orders.

I recommend anyone looking for a refund do the same - submit the emails you sent to Delche and screen shots of the shop page showing the items as not shipped or delivered - as they will not be able to evidence delivery of the items.

Sorry to all those still waiting for refunds - I have reported this to trending standards but I suggest you all do the same as they need to investigate rogue companies like this and ensure they don’t continue to do this in future as this guy is clearly attempting.

Beware he is also on eBay under the same name GAMERIUM. Stay clear if you actually value your money.

I cannot believe this company is registered on the U.K. company house and been allowed to exist even to this point. You purchase products such as a console (in my case ps5 pro) and they say delivery in a few days. Other than the confirmation email no contact, just an email address. They do not respond or send the product. I have emailed them 10+ times since July when I made the purchase. They still have my £570 and I have nothing. It is pure utter robbery. I am taking legal action against them and I strongly advise others to do so also. I have also reported to ACTION FRAUD POLICE AGAIN PLEASE DO THIS!

If anyone still struggling with this company, please report it to Action Fraud — it’s quick and not complicated. Even if you’ve already received a refund from your bank, you can still report this to Action Fraud.

You might be able to get your money back through your bank or MCOL, but those processes treat the company and the individual behind it separately. That means if the company becomes insolvent or is officially closed, the actual person responsible may face little to no consequence unless enough reports are made.

This business appears to have ignored many customers before shutting down. According to public financial records, it had net loss since 2023 and likely relied on new orders to cover old debts until it was no longer sustainable. Reviews here alone show payments adding up to several thousand pounds — and it’s unclear where all of that money went.

The more victims who report to Action Fraud, the higher the chance that an official investigation will be opened and that those responsible will be held legally accountable.

I’m not writing this to get more money back — I just hope that the person behind this company eventually faces proper legal consequences, especially given how many people were ignored and left without refunds.

Still no switch and company does not reply to emails. I’m currently going through reporting to the company I paid through so I can get refund

Dodgy website. Pre ordered a game and had no tracking or updates, to then find out the website doesn’t exist on the day I’m meant to receive my order. Have had to open up an investigation via the websites only payment method ‘clear pay’. Cant track my order as Shopify says there isn’t one. Scam!!

Site is gone, zero communication. Got a refund direct from PayPal. AVOID!

I preordered Death Stranding 2 which arrived a few days late. At first, the company appeared to be a new business offering good deals, so I went ahead with a few more preorders. Since then I’ve seen a flood of negative reviews and decided to request a refund. My messages have been completely ignored and the website has not existed since 12 September 2025. I will now be contacting my bank and the relevant authorities to ensure this person cannot set up another company and continue scamming people. Actions have consequences.

Please be warned: they are clearly using AI to post fake positive reviews. The repeated use of the same writing style, including the em dash, is a sign. More importantly, it is impossible to receive orders from a website that hasn't existed since Sept 12th.

Never got my order and never got my money back. Do not trust delche there scammers do not buy a single product from them. They still owe me £430 DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Total scam - punish these fraudsters! Ordered Switch 2 several weeks ago. Order appeared on Shop app but then was listed as 'Refunded'. No money provided however!

Filed a chargeback on my card and got my money back...then I get a text that these fraudsters are disputing it! The nerve! Anyway, good luck with that you lousy wretches.

Check out the positive reviews too - clearly fake and all from accounts with just a single review. Website is down now and the rotten souls who set up this site should go down too! File a claim back if they have scammed you and report to the relevant authorities. May they burn for all eternity.

Wow! Scam site is offline now. I can't believe Maham did this. By the way, she works at EE. She also has a LinkedIn. I am contacting her employer tomorrow.

All of my prior orders with these guys, including pre orders, were fulfilled as per the sale terms. However, now Metroid 4 has a release date I returned to their website to check my pre order but the site seems to have completely closed without any indication of a return date. I can only assume they have ceased trading..? Anyone else have any info I’d be glad to hear it. Thanks in advance!

Site has disappeared from the internet. No reply to emails. Dispute filed through clearpay. Avoid if they ever come back!

Pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid Delta Day One edition (as others have mentioned) but we are now several weeks post-release with no update on the order whatsoever. Have emailed their support address 3 times and filled in their support form several times over the last week but they will not reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid Delta as they were doing a £5 off deal. The first red flag was when coming to pay they only allowed ClearPay. Two weeks have gone by and I have had no update or contact from them regarding my game after having contacted them. Stay well clear and stick with reputable suppliers.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 back in June, never arrived, never refunded, never got a reply from them when I emailed. They've basically stolen £375 from me.

Trying to g et a refund fro order which was placed on the 30th Aug 2025.
Very hard to get anything from this company as they do not reply

Pre ordered MGS: Delta deluxe edition as the price looked good.. (July 27th) clearly too good to be true. no updates, no communication and on launch day (28th August) , no item. This is despite them claiming they “aim to have it delivered on launch day” in their delivery section.
No communication despite 5 attempts through their customer portal; no email address, no phone number to contact. >2 weeks on still nothing.
I’ve had to go through my bank to get a refund issued and bought elsewhere.

To sum it up: - no item delivered as promised
- poor ability for customer service with only 1 avenue that is through a website form.
- no communication despite several attempts
- inability to gain refund unless through your bank due to the above.

Some may have good service but I’d be very cautious and probably would avoid.
