Been a member for over a year in the premium club and they consistently deliver delicious new finds.

Mixed feelings on this site. I have ordered from this wine vendor twice and each time have had a problem. The first time they sent wrong vintages. The second time they only sent 1 of the 3 bottles I ordered. In both cases I was refunded for the mistakes, but only after contacting them multiple times. Never received any sort of explanation either. Order fulfillment and customer service is lacking. Don’t think I will order from them again.

I bought 3 bottles of a wine and received only two.

I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS REQUESTING THE TRACKING NUMBER OF MY ORDER TO TRACK IT AND HAVE HAD NO ANSWER

I ordered a case of pago de Carraovejas that I wanted to gift in a few days. Not only did Daniel make this possible, he actually offered to deliver it to me in person. Top-notch customer service...they have undoubtedly gained a new customer. The communication throughout was superb. Congrats!

Del Duero Wines stocks some of the very exquisite Spanish Ribero del Dueros, IF, you are a SERIOUS Ribero del Duero drinker. :-) I was trying to locate my favorite, Pago de Carraovejas, all over the U.S. and to no avail, until I found delduerowines.com. I am ecstatic beyond words!

I paid 18 dollars to receive the wine in 3 to 4 days and it still has not arrive.

Love the wine. Shipping was quick. And received a hand written thank you note (rare these days). Will definitely order again. Thank you.

Once order was placed, confirmation was quick, shipping/tracking info was quick and delivery was quick. It was a job well done.
Only negative, although not affecting the order, was the phone number on website. It went to travel and legal services, not to Del Duero Wines. Causes doubt and questions about the business when trying to call.

All went well. Daniel responded right away re. a question to the order.

Sending and transit took a little time but not an issue.

I love the selection and it’s great to have access to smaller growers, great communication during the order process. Wines just arrived today and hoping for amazing things wher we open.

I was blown away with the quality & variety of wine. We have been members of many wine clubs and Del Duero has become our favorite. We are so excited each time our monthly club shipment shows up. Del Duero is very responsive each time we order individual bottles that we want to get more of after enjoying them in the club sample. We have noticed that the prices (when you can find them) are always better through Del Duero.

Great recommendations! Been ordering from Del Duero for a few months now. My guests are always asking me where I order my wines.
