I have generally had a positive impression of the company; however, I have been consistently disappointed by product availability. Most of the items I need are either out of stock or still in production. In addition, I have not been provided with clear or reliable timelines, and when estimated dates are given, they are often inaccurate.

I was also dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received over the phone, as the representative came across as somewhat rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, it has been nearly five months, and I have yet to receive any follow-up communication regarding my inquiry.

Out of stocks, driver calling to ask where to put delivery instead of reading instructions, commodity missing had to ask for refund. Wrong pricing on website breaching contract law .....not a great start!!!!
