Appalling ownership management of the coseley branch. Employed my 16 year old daughter, fired today for making mistakes, each time she was never taught to rectify and the owner would take over. Many times she was there by herself until another staff member joined shift. When she worked with the owner she felt uncomfortable and scorned at for getting the step by step incorrect and no support was given or shadowing to make a new desert. I would not recommend them as an employer.

We ordered from the one in castle Croft, the order was early, the delivery driver was friendly and all of the order was spot on ! The custard was hot, the icecream was cold and the portions were just right. Definatley going to order again

Delightful deserts ( neither the product nor service should be called this) We have visited here just after it opened in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. It took ages and the presentation was rubbish but decided tonight to order sweets for us. The delivery took ages and was incomplete. My son telephones to ask where his was to be told it was with us. He also asked for the lemon tea to be told yea that’s not with you because it’s here oh ok I’ll send the missing sweet and drink to you now. So at 1135 we had his sweet and the tea delivered. This product is over priced, bad value and appeared to have been dropped! I will never take my children here again it’s a place to be avoided for sure
