Awful

Awful. They said they delivered my parcel and took a picture of my parcel outside my home on a busy high street in a busy town. When I contacted them saying I haven’t received my package they said they had spoke to the delivery person and after they took that picture they posted it through my letter box. This is a lie. Either they left my expensive package on the street or the delivery person stole it

Can't say I'm impressed

Can't say I'm impressed. I rang the supplier of specialist window rubber that I had ordered only to be told the delivery had been scheduled for 3 weeks before. The story they got back was that two unsuccessful attempts had been made to deliver the parcel and when they looked into the situation it had been returned. No info had been given to inform me that attempts had been made to deliver or I would have gone to the depot. The tracking facility doesn't seem to offer meaningful info either e.g. what number is my delivery scheduled for. Use Royal Mail!

Missing half of delivery

Two stars are for customer service lady at deeside delsol on Thursday a blonde lady attempted to deliver paint that we ordered she stopped outside the house and was picked up on camera with two tins of paint which was ordered in the van she rang the doorbell camera and then returned to the van no card left and she also pictured my house number wasn't until I checked and rang deeside that arranged delivery only to receive one tin so rang again this morning to be told that one of the tins was damaged no one let us know rang supplier and told him that he should have been told but suprise suprise he didn't know anything about it so it must have vanished which is not a (surprise) all I can say be very careful if you are having a delivery to check you receive what you ordered they didn't let me know anything about delivery and nothing about missing presumed damage tin UPDATE??? after posting yesterday had undercoat delivered with slight dint in can but paint still inside hadn't come out so all's well now 🤔

another failed… delivery

For the second time this company failed to deliver waited in and nothing contacted them said we will rearrange delivery no apology this last parcel according to tracker was loaded at 8.52 and taken off van at 16.02 and I had to go and collect it they are crap and vendors need to know what they are doing with there parcels after all they paid a delivery charge there end and customer has to collect it REALLY!!! and no reason given customer service and delivery needs sorting

Delsol caernarfon well what can i say the girls there are fantastic always happy to help you and every time i send a parcel it get there the next day wish every company was like them a1 service every time brilliant company thanks for everything

Above and beyond

I was expecting an overnight delivery on the morning Sat 7th Dec. The storm was horrendous ,trees down and floods. I contacted Bangor to suggest leaving it till Monday . I was told parcel was out for delivery and driver was not far from my address. Driver made contact and I met him on main road and collected parcel. Well done Delsol and driver Barry *****

First Class Customer Service and Driver

They tried to deliver my parcel from two opposite directions but were prevented by poor signage on roadworks signs. A quick note to their customer service explaining the matter and the driver was back within the hour. And he was great despite all the knock backs he'd had. 5*

Polite and friendly

We had a card from Delsol through our door saying they had tried to deliver a parcel. There was a reference number and an online site to visit to rebook. I went to the site and it stated the re delivery had already been booked which was concerning and confusing as no one here had made new arrangements.
I then e mailed the company and got a swift, and polite, reply offering reasonable re delivery options. They were helpful and friendly and very accommodating. Thank you to Sharon for her time and patience.
I knocked a star off for the initial confusion over the website saying a re delivery had already been sorted, this appears to be automatic when they know they have to try a re delivery, but it does cause some initial confusion. Otherwise spot on, thank you.

Rude, incompetent staff

Difficult to contact them. Rude staff shouting during call. Extremally poor customer service. Bunch of incompetent rude people. Keep you self far away from them.

Great place to work

Great place to work , all staff are friendly and very helpful. Very organised and having worked in other delivery companies in Wales Delsol beats them all hands down .If you need a reliable delivery company with good service , friendly drivers who will go out of their way to help under most circumstances then Delsol is the one to use.

Terrible Company

Senior staff, Management and Directors have far too high an opinion of themselves, don’t listen and ignore issues when brought to their attention..... they really need to get a grip!! This problem has a trickle down effect and causes a bad attitude with Warehouse ops, Drivers and Office personnel. Remember...... Communication is key!!.... doesn’t take much to communicate. In summary....... I’d advise against using Delivery Solutions for any of your business needs.

Poor customer service during pandemic…

Poor customer service during pandemic crisis. Every other delivery company leaves parcels outside front door in porch at my request to assist with isolation / social distancing etc. BUT NOT DelSol. Parcel taken back to depot. Left card that suggests I collect in person from the depot - that is in Wales. It would be against the law for me to do so ! Website indicates a 5 day delay before next possible arranged redelivery date. No option to leave in my safe place at the door. Very poor compared with competitors.
