The people are personable, on it and easy to work with. They do what they what they say are going to do. I thoroughly recommend Delivita to anyone wanting to eat outdoors with an easy to use oven.

Great customer service, really helpful.

The handmade DeliVita pizza cutter is the business! Effortlessly slices through pizza with a certain showmanship. A great talking point tool. Not for children though as you could easily slice a finger. Needs storage space and a blade guard.

Absolutely thee most awesome people to deal with. AMAZING products. Bought the pizza oven full package about 12 months ago and haven't looked back. Customer support has been brilliant, I have used it commercially as an add on to my existing ice cream parlour as i wanted a savoury option, and as I'm not a trained chef, the help I have had with getting this little venture up and running is second to none, they always have time for any enquiry and Marco is brilliant, the you tube resource of how too tips and tricks and recipes is so so helpful. Tried other dough, none compare to their own Delivita dough and now we buy them by the hundreds. I am now contemplating which colour oven to buy next to keep at home for just family use. I want 1 of every colour but she won't let me 🙄 Everything I cook tastes amazing and so far haven't had a bad meal. Complete recommend if your looking for a wonderful cooking experience , new toy and to be the envy of all your mates, it isn't just for pizza, but you will cook the best pizza you have ever tasted 😋 😃 Thank you Joe , Marco, Simon, Tilly and Louise and the whole Deilivita crew ❤

We got terrific service on the phone from the Delivita Team, keeping us informed about the availability of their pizza dough, and arranging for a timely delivery ahead of a family event!!!!

When the dough arrived it was beautifully packed, and proved to be very easy to defrost, proof, and form into pizzas and bake!!!

Treated my hubby to a Delivita and he treats me to fabulous pizza. Not the cheapest option on the market but they really are a work of art, beautiful pizza!! Delivita themselves are an wonderful little company and have dealt with any contact fast, professionally and most of all friendly. No complaints here 10/10

Firstly Delivita after sales care is absolutely phenomenal, I had a problem with my first oven, it was dealt with swiftly, but unfortunately the replacement oven had a manufacturing fault, Marco then called me to apologise & see if he could help & arranged to have a replacement delivered when we returned from France, magnifico!!!

On to the Oven itself, I’ve heard lots of criticisms about the size, and how fiddly it is to cook with, the whole point of this oven is the size, the ease of lighting, fuel economy, getting up to temp to cook authentic wood fired pizza’s etc, in a 5th of the time of its larger traditional counterparts.

Every Friday for a year whatever the weather we have had a pizza night, if you want something that really does the job & looks good, and comes in a range of colours, to match your outdoor aesthetic, you can’t go wrong with a Delivita.

Brilliant pizza oven and fantastic dough and guidance book. Highly recommended and always proves for a successful night of cooking/eating.

Unpacked onsite and cardboard removed and another tree will be planted.
Cannot fault Delivita Ltd team and products so far. Everything of really high quality. It was even questioned why we had ordered the chimney and did we know what its' use was for and did we still need it for the purpose and location we intended the oven for. Nothing is sold to you just for them to make another sale.

In this day and age, it is so brilliant to know the customer IS valued and appreciated.

Tilly, Georgia, Marco and the rest of the team have a great product and an even better focus on customer service.

To say my order was a little demanding is an understatement and yet they picked up the gauntlet and delivered amazingly.

Even when third parties and the weather (elements well out of the company’s direct control) tried to pull the rug, they could have acted like many other companies and hidden behind faceless customer service emails and ran off with the money. However they continued to go above and beyond.

Likewise the personal attention and patience that Marco offers new chefs like me with my newbie questions is something else.

Stay true to your values, hone the product and supply chain and you’ll be unstoppable.

I saw the chilli red oven reviewed on Youtube and just had to have one. I am a perfectionist and the oven and Delivita have definitely lived up to my expectations. Not only is the oven fantastic (gets up to temperature really fast - about 30 minutes as advertised), but their customer service before and after purchase has been really impressive. They really care about their product and their customers and it shows :)

Having had my Delivita pizza oven a year now, I can honestly say I love the oven. I cook everything in it not just pizza, I have cooked meat, vegetables, pastry and meringue. The customer service has been brilliant from the beginning and continues to be. The recipe ideas they give are great and I thoroughly enjoyed their cook along. The DeliVita Pizza Oven is a high quality product. Everything to do with the purchase was smooth and well organised. The oven is easy to light and the pizzas are the best we have ever tasted. Have just bought some pizza dough - looking forward to trying them.
