Very disappointing experience – no delivery, no resolution

I placed an order on November 30th, which was delayed and rescheduled to arrive on December 24th. The order never arrived.

On December 27th, I contacted customer service and received no response. Only on January 5th, after calling, I was told that an investigation would be opened with the delivery company (GLS). Deloox provided a supposed proof of delivery showing a door that is clearly not my property. I submitted photos and video evidence proving that no delivery took place.

From the beginning, I clearly stated that the items were Christmas gifts, that I no longer wanted them, and requested a refund.

On January 13th, I asked for an update and was told they were still waiting for the investigation. I replied requesting urgency and received no further response.

On January 16th, after the 10 business days requested for the investigation had passed, I called again. The agent was unprepared, showed no empathy, and asked me to wait even longer. I also requested to speak with a supervisor and was told none was available, leaving me without escalation or a solution.

What makes this situation unacceptable is that I am being punished for an internal process between Deloox and GLS, while I remain without the products, without a refund, and without answers.

Unless you constantly chase customer support, nothing happens. There is no proactive communication or ownership.

I almost placed the same order with Lookfantastic and deeply regret choosing Deloox instead. Based on this experience, I cannot consider Deloox a reliable company.

I am still waiting for a clear resolution and my refund.

However, this reply does not reflect the full situation since I have been actively trying to resolve this directly with Deloox since December 27th and the investigation timeline provided by you has passed.

Despite providing all requested evidence and after Deloox acknowledged that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, I still have no refund and no clear timeline. I have also been asked to personally recover a parcel that was not delivered to me, which is not a reasonable request for a customer.

At this point, the issue is not the lack of an investigation, but the lack of resolution! I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund.

No customer service reply ever, not stated delivery time

I ordered 2 perfumes and a serum on 20. of december, stated it takes 1-4 working days to deliver. I sent 3 emails to customer service, still to this day I haven't got any answer! The package then just came on 7. of January..so 9 working days later, and 18 in general..with no explanation or nothing. The package was in good shape and the products seem to be original, but my experience is terrible!

Great value and huge range

Great value and huge range. I am happy with my purchase. Ragin only because there was no other option to choose a different courier. My package was carried by GLS and they haven’t been reliable for me here in Ireland in the past. No proper contact with them, no updates when my parcel will arrive. It supposed to be in Ireland on the23 rd dec ( ordered on the 18 th) and that was the reason I bought the perfume from you to get it before Xmas. Unfortunately the package arrived to Ireland on the 29 th dec and yet hasn’t arrived to me! Gls “decided” I can wait another 8 days. If I could advise you, do not use this courier. My item arrived 19(!!!) days after ordering them, which was longer than expected when the order was placed.

Still no delivery …

I placed an order on December 9th and have yet to receive my delivery which seems to be sitting with GLS in Dublin since December 18th without any progress despite being advised of guaranteed delivery prior to December 24th as this was a Christmas gift.

Poor delivery experience

I ordered from you on 11 December and have still not received my order on 2 January. This was very disappointing as it contained several Christmas presents for family and friends. You told me that there was a delay but that I would receive my order on 24 December so I decided not to cancel it. I’ve also received an email on 30 December asking me about my shopping experience implying that my order had arrived. I’ve now contacted your courier company here in Ireland) and wait for a reply.

Its been 22 days now and still not even…

Its been 15 days now and still not even a dispatch email, SHOCKING service!!!!!
I understand it was the holiday season and all but this delays are UNACCEPTABLE and notting can Justify 15 days for an order to not even be dispatched. Why do they charge you for the delivery when its gonna be close to a month for you to get your order delivered....

Product not delivered for 13 days. This was a christmas present and didn't arrive until New year's eve. GLS, delivery company used, never answered any of my queries sent to them on this.
