Not able to receive gummies called customer service for refund they cancelled my order but no refund over 60 plus days now gave me the run around

My gummies arrived a melted glob of goo. I tried on numerous occasions to contact the company for a replacement but could never reach anyone. No one ever responded to my emails either. Do not waste your money. I don't believe this is a reputable company.

They lost my order, took weeks to get tracking number. Over $100 lost, will not order again.

They stole $500 from me when they had ahipping issues

After making my first purchase, I was sent a receipt. I was not given any kind of timeline when my order would be filled. Two days later, I had not received an update. No timeline, no tracking order. I contacted them asking why there was no estimated time. They said, we will refund your order. Don't order from us again. Almost a year later I still get advertisements from them in the email I used.

I ordered my gummies in early July and received them without issue. However, when I opened the box, I noticed that one of my orders was missing. No big deal, so I contacted D8G and asked them to ship the missing container to me or to provide me with a refund. I heard nothing back. I emailed them several times and even resorted to using Facebook and Instagram, but still nothing. Eventually, someone responded a month and a half later, but was still attempting to short change me, and when I tried to rectify the error, I was ghosted by the company AGAIN. Thankfully I didn’t give up; eventually, over TWO MONTHS later, I received a very curt email saying that my refund is being processed. We’ll see if it’s for the correct amount. The gummies are good, but the customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. If you order from them, be wary. I won’t be doing so again.

These gummies were great. As an old hippie, I like a gentle buzz that gets me through the aches and pains of old age. Your gummies did a better job than the pot gummies my daughter got me in New Mexico.

The only complaint I have is that the customer service is difficult to contact . I had a shipment where one of the containers popped open and broken the protective seal. I tried in vain to send email on website but it kept bouncing back to me - never got this issue resolved. BUt I am happy with product. That is so he only reason I give it a 3 out of 5 stars.

I have been trying out the different variations of gummies from different flavors to strengths and love the variety i can choose from. The owner is hands on and it is important to establish that trust in a world marketplace where you sometimes do not know where the products originates from. I am a satisfied and returning customer!

To many duplicate rip off sites. Order never shows up. Had to turn over to the credit card company to get my refund . I use Koi instead. No issues with them.

If I could give zero I would! Your representative never cancelled the sale as promised- charged my card and never send me the return info as she said she would- THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
