I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Delta Capital Group. I was led to believe that I had been approved, but after investing significant time into the process, the company demanded that I provide direct login credentials to my Business bank account. When I refused to share such highly sensitive information, my approval was suddenly withdrawn without justification.
This conduct is both unprofessional and deceptive. No legitimate financial institution should ever request banking login information. Based on my experience, I believe Delta Capital Group engages in misleading practices and should be approached with extreme caution.

If I could enter a zero stars I would. These people market themselves as a direct lender. They are not, they are just a broker. Sloppily and indiscriminately sharing personal financial information with actual lenders. I applied for a loan with Delta Capital, and ever since I have been relentlessly bombarded with predatory offers from HUNDREDS of lenders, all of whom said my information was provided to them by a broker. Delta Capital violated my privacy rights. Dealing with them has been a miserably invasive ordeal.

A little shocking to say the least - They reached out and said "all we had left was bank statement review." We had been looking, so we thought this was legit - our office manager complied, and then they called me to get the email address for the application to be sent. It's a new method for BAD ACTORS to deceive small businesses in America. Steal my Bank Info, under false pretenses that we are working together, then work me for the application - Small Business Owners BEWARE - this is an unregulated industry, and no one cares. Then, when I called a foul, a dozen phone calls, and they don't even know my name.

B*** A**** is a snake oil salesman. He got me into a loan with a different lender and distroyed my business credit. The terms of the loan were not explained, the intrestrest rate was Mafi style with daily payments higher than my income. After paying off the loan (paid $17,000 on a $10,000 loan in less than 45 days) My real bank says they hit my credit rating with late payments and non payments even after proving the payments were made. It relly feels like a couple of twentie-somethings in some apartment somewhere, making deals and threatning those who dont comply. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BUYING INTO THIS B.S! Go out of business before you borrow fom them, becase you will probably have to after doing business with them.

I normally do not provide reviews regarding companies regarding services, however - I would like to share my initial experience. I filled out an application, submitted my personal information. Once my application was submitted, I received an email from their company and was instructed to upload additional information. I took additional steps to upload my bank statement. Since then, I have been inundated with other third party companies - reaching out to me and texting me stating that they have my personal information, social security number, have copies of my bank statements, etc. I wrote an email to their compliance department to file a complaint.

Greg took the time to really understand what my business needed before securing $150K. He's the kind of person who puts the client first.

Steve Ross is a great asset to Delta Capital group, his knowledge of the industry and ability answer any and all questions was very helpful. Steve went above and beyond with his communication and follow up. I would get daily updates from him and even bringing me new offers to chose from, constantly working hard to take care of me the customer. the way he spoke to me was very professional and made me feel confident that I made the right decision working with Delta Capitol Group. Its employees like him that drive the success of a company to achieve its full potential and grow. I would highly recommend Steve Ross to anyone in the future looking for Funding.

I received a cold call from Ruben. It was perfect timing. I submitted everything he asked for and waited for only 12 hours to receive an amazing offer. Once we accepted the offer, everything went so smooth. I am the Firm Administrator for a Law Firm. I have work with business lenders for 45 years. I was scammed put of 4300 dollars the next Day the # and email were blocked be careful after posting the owner of Delta called me personally it turns out it was somebody impersonating their company they going to work with me to find the person that did it so it wasn't Delta it was an impersonation of Delta so I like to offer my apology to them as well
