The D Robe is a standout because it manages to bridge the gap between a rugged " change robe" and a stylish long coat. It's less tentlike than some of its competitors making it much more versatile.
Total protection from the elements.
"Finally, a coat that actually handles a proper downpour. The fleece lining is incredibly cozy, and the outer shell is impressively windproof. I’ve worn it in freezing coastal winds and stayed perfectly warm. The pockets are deep and well-placed, and the zippers feel like they’ll last for years. If you’re on the fence its time you invested in a quality product like the D Robe. Well worth the money and you will stay warm for hours!!

I had to send my original order back as the coat was too big. I was directed to the chat bot to start the return process. It was so straightforward and easy to navigate and I returned my coat, a few days later my replacement arrived, which fitted perfectly

It’s a great coat. Lovely & warm, waterproof, a good length, just the job for dog walking, standing around watching football games. I have one in blue, based on my experience & of the great prompt service, I bought the anthracite coat for my daughter for her birthday.

The jacket is everything and more than I expected. Gorgeous. The green is amazing. I ordered a medium and it was way too big . The Delta team was great at communicating,sending a label for shipping and replacing the medium with a small. Incredible product and service !

The jacket is amazing. Felt so nice and cozy. The only down side for me was I chose the navy color but when I received it I ended up not liking the color. I emailed customer service to exchange it to black and Phoebe quickly resolved my issue. I have to wait a little bit longer since the black one is out of stock but I don't mind waiting.

The Delta Roam customer service was one of the best I’ve experienced with a company. First, the product shipped quickly and secondly, when I needed to make a return, the email communication was so helpful and they made the return process so easy. I can really tell this company cares about their costumers and making them truly satisfied. What a difference it makes!

These are gorgeous heavy winter coats.
The customer service was responsive though I did have to chase them down to process returns. And then they processed the incorrect return but I had already spent too much time with customer service at that point so I didn't care, I still had my coat for the appropriate price.

These, however, ARE NOT DRY ROBES. They are way too heavy for that kind of use. In Chicago I'm staying warm on a -40F degree day with this coat on and it's made winter much more bareable.

I love it!! I shoveled snow while wearing it and I was so warm!! Then when I come in the house I’m not eager to take it off!! So cozy.
I’m 5-11 around 180lbs and got size large.

Initial order was great. Received it very quickly and liked the quality of the item but, I ended up needing a different size. Company was very responsive with return/exchange instructions. I sent my package back to company….and crickets. No communication about receiving my package back, no communication about when the correct size will be shipped. Nothing. So now the company still has my payment and merchandise. Not at all happy with this experience.

ETA: 2/19- Received new package. Robe/coat was packed in a linen reusable bag, which is a nice touch, but it’s FILTHY. Looks like it was dragged on a dirty floor. (I’d attach pics if I could). Coat itself is perfectly fine so I’m not going to go through the return process again, but seriously? Poor experience all around. At this point I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The coat is great, being long enough, warm, and waterproof. BUT the zipper is HORRENDOUS! Minus two stars for that.

The rope that I ordered was a small ran slightly too big. The ease of exchanging it was excellent. I received my extra small and it is absolutely perfect. It’s so warm, cozy comfortable for dreary weather. They thought of everything when they made this rope I love mine.

I was impressed that the coat was delivered on the day that was predicted and it was quick.

I had never heard of this company.i actually saw this jacket on someone and fell in love with it. Ordered it that night. This jacket is super warm and not bulky. I love the color and the fit and especially how comfortable it was in the negative temps. The shipping was super quick as well. So pleasantly surprised.
