Deluxe Beds Reviews 

I recently bought a Deluxe mattress for our grandson for his bunk-bed so needed a custom size. The product was fantastic and super comfortable and he loves it which is all that matters. Excellent quality and affordable.

I purchased a standard mattress from them years ago, it was ok, but then I recently bought the Hamilton and James and boy, I haven't had this much of a good sleep since I was a baby. The mattress is bloody heavy, though I guess because it's like 11000 springs, but it's amazing, the staff were so kind, especially a lady called Natalie

I have purchased two single Kayne Stewart mattresses, each different spring count for different firmness preference. They are hand stitched too. I ordered these with two ottoman bases and floor standing headboards. There sets were for my children. The beds look brilliant and are super comfortable, I am now thinking of ordering one for myself too. I have been to Deluxe showroom in Birkby and saw some beautiful new models there. Waiting for some seasonal sales events in hope of getting a good bargain soon!

Although I didn’t buy direct from the company and bought the mattress from a retailer ( a natural touch double mattress) I’ve got to say the quality is fantastic! The weight of it when it arrived was incredible and the comfort of it was something else . It just felt like I was in a luxury hotel 🥰

Poor quality mattress that caused me back issues within a month. This was recommended as a good firm mattress specifically for customers with lower back issues.
Raised problem with distributor with photos of the dips. They got a response from deluxe beds that they cannot see any issues with the product and to continue turning the mattress every two weeks for the first three months. Which we did but doesn't fix the dips.

For £800 I would recommend a product from a more reputable manufacturer.

I had to replace a [Deluxe Beds] mattress which had failed over a few years, and ordered a straight replacement. The mattress was a three-foot 'single' but actually half of a super-king six-foot bed. The replacement came quickly but was thicker down one side and so the top is sloping from one side to the other. Turning the mattress round/over, simply reversed the slope - and was still not useable. On pointing this out to Deluxe beds they have been very defensive and even implied that the photographs/measurements THEY then asked us to send them .... could have been manipulated. Why on earth would a customer fabricate photos if the mattress was OK? Their attitude is very poor, and clearly customer service is not important to them.
