Fraudulent practices and an absolutely pathetic experience.
This has been one of the worst furniture-buying experiences we've ever had.
The company insisted on 100% advance payment, claiming that the furniture would not be released from the factory unless the full amount was paid. Once they had our money, they delivered furniture that was **substandard, flimsy, and nowhere near the quality we were promised**.
The sofa-combined-bed mechanism is completely defective and is extremely difficult to operate, making it practically unusable as a bed. The overall workmanship is poor, and the furniture feels cheap and unstable.
What is even more frustrating is their after-sales service. Despite repeated complaints, they have done nothing except delay the issue, make false assurances, and repeatedly fail to honor their commitments. Weeks have passed with no meaningful resolution.
I am now taking legal action to seek justice for what we have experienced.
I am posting this so that others are aware before trusting this company with their hard-earned money. If my experience is anything to go by, **please think twice before making any payment in advance.**
