Ordered goods in March.
Never ever got something.

Emailed so many times, first i got replies, but in the end i got nothing.

In the mean time the domain is down.

Google about deluxewine.ee and find out so many claims and unsatisfied customers who lost their money.

Beware! This website is a SCAM! I'm not the first one who noticed that, you will never see your purchased product ot money back! They promising that they will send the goods "next week", some kind of automated answer, but on the end you will lost your money!
Going to contact and write my review to EU Customer Support authorities and police, it is a crime what they doing.

WARNING!!! Scam company, they don't send what you ordered, ordered three months ago and still haven't received my goods and they have stopped responding to emails. Scam company so don't order anything from there!!!

I ordered wine from them 3 months ago for marriage anniversary. Nothing arrived. I reached out politely to ask why and have been doing so every few weeks.

Their first reply: "Out of stock, we had to reorder."
Next: "It's in stock now, sending soon."
Later: "We had a busy week, sending now."

Excuses kept piling up, but the wine never came. Avoid them, be smarter. Check their business registration as it is very sketchy.

50 days to get 4 bottles of cremant
Only promises “another week, few days more”. Last week stopped even answering the phone calls. Never again

Wait 1 month for my order- just 10 bottles, still waiting- never ever ll order there

This company do not send out any products. No refund. In Estonian media many news about this company and owner. Total scam.

This is a scam.
May have been a legit company at some point but now they have unpaid tax warnings. They don't deliver the goods nor give any refunds.
