Ordered a dress in October, I still haven’t received it. Have emailed them on numerous occasions but have heard nothing back. Very poor customer service won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered something in July 2023. It still has not been delivered, they are blaming the 'postal strikes' that happened back in Feb.
Keep asking for order details which I've given multiple times and they say they are investigating it, which they clearly are not.
They are not giving me my money back either!

AVOID!

AVOID THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS - Order was returned and Tracked postage was used. After many weeks no refund has been received for over a £200 order. I have reported the issue to Trading Standards who have now opened a file regarding this company.

Do NOT buy from this company. Sent item back with in the 14 days return policy . I’ve not received a refund, contacted customer service a number of times with proof of postage and no response. AVOID

Returned item on 18th July tracked
No refund on returned item !! Contacted company 10 times to be told the very same answer each time
We have passed query on we will get back to you !! No one gets back and no refund 7 weeks later

I have sent my returns back to them in perfect condition, with tags still attached. Its been over 3 weeks and they are not refunding me, they are not responding to my emails and i simply do not know what to do next. I sent back £150 worth of returned dresses, i have proof these were delivered back to them under royal mail tracked post. TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and still have not received the items. Very disappointed as I ordered something before and it came very quickly and I loved the dress. I’ve emailed 3 times and heard nothing. Tracking still says “we’re expecting it”

Do not buy from this company! The dress arrived facility with both straps broken away from the dress, I sent pictures and they are refusing my refund even though it’s faulty and tags etc are still on the dress! Disgusting costumer service, and a terrible company DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a dress and had to return which I did within their 14 day return policy. luckily I returned with Royal a mail and tracked the parcel and with proof of delivery 1 day before the cut off date. After 2 weeks of no contact I emailed to chase my refund and received this response :
Please note that your order has been delivered on the Fri 19th May and the deadline for posting back to us was the 02 June. However, unfortunately, has not been accepted for a return as it was not posted back to us within 14 days of receipt as per our returns policy.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we are unable to accept the return on your order.

Note my parcel was delivered on 1st June!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs very poor service !!!!

I ordered from this company twice and on both occasions I was only sent half of my order. The dresses that did arrive were nice quality but it is still ridiculous for this to have happened the both times I’ve ordered. On the first event I reached out to them and without any response I just saw that I had been refunded for that missing dress with no message or apology etc. And now I am currently waiting for a refund for the second time which I’ll hopefully receive again.

They also didn’t reply about me wanting to return one of the dresses so I have received absolutely zero customer service or contact from them. That dress is now over their very short return window so I doubt I’ll be able to return that now because of their lack of reply.

Overall I’m very disappointed as the items on their site are lovely but I unfortunately haven’t received half of them.

Awful company, dress was delivered with broken straps ! Very poor material, awful! Customer service told me to send it back at my own cost ! It cost me to return signed and tracked and I dont trust them!
Please don't waste your money

They deserve no stars at all. This is a retail company to avoid at all costs. Ordered a dress three months ago. It was not delivered and this was evident from tracking details. I contacted them numerous times to ask for my money back and was advised by customer service to wait and it would arrive eventually. Contacted again and they said I was now to late for refund!!! Complained and asked for refund but nothing happened. Three months later I got my money back from PayPal by making complaint. This has been a very stressful and upsetting experience.

Such dreadful customer service - refusing to refund an item when it was returned unworn and in perfect condition. Not even the slightest effort to help or make any attempt to resolve. Now won't even return the item to me without asking me to pay again!!

Wish I could give a zero. Ordered a dress last year and still haven’t received at the end of January! Been emailing back and fourth and keep getting fobbed off saying it is on its way. If it was on its way it would not take a month! Awful company with an awful complaints system! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This dress is absolutely stunning, you would think the material would be itchy but it really isn’t, the ruching makes it so flattering!

If I could give zero to this company I would. Ordered dress for my daughter, she worn for 3 hours and it’s fallen apart!! Company will not refund even though it’s not fit for purpose and didnt last 1 wear. They say their policy is 14 day return and completely disregard the law!!!! **Do not use**
I am reluctant to give negative feedback but now have to pursue through other channels so though customers should be aware. THIS IS FRAUD

Bought the Mira pink sparkly dress for my teenage granddaughter's birthday and it is beautiful! It's well made, fully lined and a great cut.
I feel sorry for her dad, he will pass out when he sees. 🤣
It did take a while to arrive so don't rely on them for short notice needs.

They took my money and still haven’t sent me the dress I ordered over 2 weeks ago.
I have tried to contact them about this about 4 times on both instagram and by email but they are just not getting back to me. Worst site ever. Never buying from them ever again😡

Dresses were so so cute!! Won the paige dress for free on insta and cause there was trouble with the delivery company they sent out two for free😍 absolutely inlove!

This experience started on the 30th September 2022-26th October 2022.
I ordered a dress- it came way later than told considering I paid for thr UK first class delivery. Instead of arriving 3 days before my event it came on the day of. So I was intending to wear it that evening. Everything seemed fine and then I saw the zipper was busted- and kept getting caught. It broke on the day it arrived and because one label was off they refused to give a refund. I paid £28.99 for the dress and I was really happy with it otherwise. I asked for them to send a replacement and they said it's easier for me to buy a new one and they will refund the money when it's processed (I was sceptical so I did not buy another-and thank god) . Now I've been told there will be no refund because of the one label (which I informed them of). They sent the email requesting that I pay the £2.99 delivery for them to return it to me ( I refused because a) I paid £4.55 to return it first class signed for and b) what am I to do with a faulty dress?).
I am so disappointed because all in all that's over £30.00 on one item that couldn't fulfil its duty.
I'm more upset about the principal of the whole situation. I now see why people stick to bigger on the high street, reputable shops.
