Scammers or out of business?
Placed order on 13th October. Nothing received. Have emailed twice with no reply. Called their number today but it is not valid. They are maybe either scammers or have gone out of business? But they still take your money! Guess I have lost that. DO NOT USE THEM!

Bought an item on 21June via Amazon
Bought an item on 21June via Amazon. Told it would be delivered in 5 days (allowing for weekend). The company said the item was tracked, no tracking number available. Called for information, the call was not answered. Still waiting now at 7 days since order placement, but all I get is a message on Amazon That it is running late with no delivery date at all. Will not use this supplier again, buyer beware.

They won't have it in stock!
I tried to order an item online from them but after accepting the order I was told it wasn't in stock.
Is that a problem, well yes, when they take your Paypal payment and it isn't refunded for 6 days:
I had to pay on one credit card cycle and wait for the refund on the next cycle. If I han't paid for the item (and my credit card in full) I would have been shafted with credit card charges.
I'm not suggesting malpractice, just an incompetent online ordering system.

Warranty claim not honoured
Bought a multimeter from Demuch via Ebay.
Selected a good brand name (Draper).
Multimeter developed a fault within a few weeks, reported to Demuch via Ebay.
Demuch tried to refer me to Draper, but in accordance with UK consumer law, Draper referred me back to Demuch, although they said they would honour the 1-year warranty upon receipt of complaint from Demuch.
I reported this back to Demuch, who agreed to pursue the warranty claim.
Over 6 weeks later, the item is not resolved, no action by Demuch.
Unable to adjust my Ebay rating of Demuch, because Ebay policies tend to protect the seller, rather than the buyer.
