Love my Denby crockery and very sad that the company has gone into administration.

My whole life I’ve eaten and drank from Denby Pottery. I hope the skills of the people involved are quickly snapped up by a good rescue company.

I just love denby pottery been collecting for well over 28 years but unfortunately I can only give 1 star. Placed my order on the 8th of May and the website stated delivery times of upto 15 working days for dispatch as of today the 13th of June 2026 my order still has not been shipped.
I emailed denby on Monday the 8th of June asking where my order was still no reply 😑

Denby quality is a very high bar that few if any can match.

I've got a vast collection of Denby tableware for 35 years. They have all stayed in pristine condition since day one. I'm truly heartbroken to hear that Denby is no more 😪😪despite signing the petition to save Denby 😢... I've had an amazing experience with the team at Denby whenever I've had any questions, they've been very kind, friendly, helpful and reassuring. Upon hearing these sad news, I've placed several orders so that I've got extra pieces as spares. It's such an awful shame that the government couldn't step up to save Denby with it being a British manufacturer 😢😢😢I will miss you Denby 😢

I have collected Denby ware for 60 years, my first purchase was Arabesque, when I was 17. They are still in daily use.
I have continued to collect the Arabesque, which we use every day, ever since, as well as adding more modern ranges and cooking pots. It’s beautiful, durable, and strong, hence its age!
I’m so sorry that the company is no longer viable.

I love Denby products. My house and my family’s houses are full of Denby products.

I have had and used Denby for over 45 years, still using to this day.
The service I have received has been spot on.
The quality of my dinner service speaks for itself..added to over the years.
I have recently bought another set in the vain attempt to try and help support and prevent this closure..
. I really can’t believe we are losing another British manufacturer with again no Government support ( to my knowledge)
To prevent this…

Been a Denby customer for over 30 years. Hard to believe that no investors can be found to #saveDenby. Over 2 centuries of British heritage.

Four weeks since my order and not yet despatched. My enquiry email resulted in a pre-written response saying they may take a week to reply.

Waste of time and no wonder they are facing closure.

Very well packed to avoid any damage on transport. Excellent quality stoneware and beautiful shade of cobalt. Delighted with purchase. Company informed me about every stage of purchase.

Denby make great pottery. Everything was exactly as described, arrived very well wrapped. Beautiful products that are of real quality.

Save Denby! Fantastic products and service and made in England.
