Stay away from this company, poor workmanship & zero customer care
We recently had Den Contracts install new windows and doors at our home in Dublin. While the windows themselves look lovely, the overall experience has been incredibly disappointing due to poor installation and nonexistent customer service.
The job took longer than expected because they didn’t arrive with the right colour window sills. After they finished, we found several issues: the door beading was damaged (they fitted the door with beading that had obviously been hit with something there’s a big gash in it), there are gaps in the silicone, and a draft comes through the locked door. Most frustratingly, the windows downstairs were fitted too high (we got a second opinion), so they hit the tiles when we try to open them.
We made the mistake of paying the final balance after they promised us they would be back the following week to fix everything. Since then, we’ve been completely ghosted. For months we were told "next week," and now they’ve simply stopped answering our calls.
We really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the service has been appalling. Once they have your money, they clearly have no interest in rectifying their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend them based on how many issues we had after fitting and how they treat their customers. Honestly. I’m appalled by the lack of honesty and care. Now we have to pay another window and door fitter to fix all of the issues! Stay away from this company!
