We had a garage built 5 months ago in the summer, winter came and so came the rain and discovered the garage leaks quite badly so we contacted dencroft who insisted that its leaking from the main door and it needs a weather strip which we already had fitted and the leak was actually on the other side of the garage, so after arguing further they suggested we stand in the garage while recording when its raining (in the middle of winter) so they can see where its leaking from! So we done this and sent them the video, they sent a guy to 'repair' this putting more cement on the ground in the area its NOT leaking from, I've had to put tape up around the door which has a 10mm gap at the top which stopped one issue and now they are ignoring us!

Had my garage refurbished, came out in the poring rain and fitted a garage door, new roof, window and fascia's. They got on with the job and where very friendly. I would use this company again.
