I have had quite the poor experience I have had with anorder, which arrived today.
Upon opening the package, I discovered that the item is defective.
I have attempted to contact your support team previously to resolve this, but I have received no reply. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and has left me with a faulty product and no guidance.
Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed to learn that your policy requires the customer to cover the return shipping costs for a defective item. As the product was sent in a damaged condition, it is the retailer's responsibility to ensure a free return or a full reimbursement of shipping costs. Requiring me to pay for your mistake is unacceptable.
Additionally, there has been no follow-up from your side to track the status of this return or to confirm how you intend to rectify the situation (via replacement or refund).
I request the following immediate actions:
A prepaid return shipping label provided by Denim Dream, as the item is faulty.
If a label is not provided, written confirmation that my shipping costs will be fully reimbursed upon receipt.

I live in Germany and had seen an item on the Denim Dream website. Denim Dream in Scandinavia was the only company in Europe who sell the item because the item was discontinued years ago. I was very sceptic to order, because I knew nothing about this company and haven't heard of it before. No really reviews. So I gave it a chance and ordered the item at denimdream.com. What should I say? It was one of the best buys I ever made! Order confirmation, shipping information and the item arrived so quick from Scandinavia to Germany with dpd. I can give 5 stars to Denim Dream! Thank you!

I was sceptical with the website because I didn't know it before and couldn't find any reviews if it was a scam or anything. And then I found them on Facebook and I could see a lot of people are recommending it so i decided to give it a try.
I didn't regret it.
My package came relatively quickly after ordering to Danmark, and the item I ordered is stunning.
I have no experience with returns or anything yet though, but I had no problem with my order and I am satisfied with it as a first-try experience.
