This company is freaking unbelievable!! I purchased what I thought was a sz large short sleeve tee with shorts,the items were purchased from a seller on Depop and listed as new unused. The shirt fit like a large,the shorts on the other had labeled 2x fit like a pair of daisy dukes!!. I tried to recoupe my money, listed the item on Ebay and Demin Tears had my listing removed for infringement. Makes absolutely no sense, none,I never claimed to be a part of the brand! My main reason for the purchase was to support a black owned business. The email I received from Ebay to contact the company was a Gmail account, Google mentions Los Angeles only,no physical address and or phone number. After digging a bit deeper the physical address for this supposed Black owned business is listed in Hong Kong, go figure.

I just bought a sweater, and it's been two weeks already, and every time I ask for an update, all they say is that it's being processed and to give it more time. From the looks of it, it looks like they don't care about their customers. Poor customer service.

Bought 2 pieces for Christmas of which I returned one. Shipped the return package using the provided return label, according to the track and trace the package had been delivered to them yet I have not received any updates regarding my return from them (reimbursement etc. not even notification that they have received my package). It has been 3 almost 4 weeks and I would like to know whats up with the return and thus my money.
