Many thanks for getting in touch to share your experience. I am sorry to hear that you incorrectly charged import taxes by Portugal Post - no customs fees were due.
The NI Protocol means that Northern Ireland, where your parcel was shipped from, is still part of the European Customs Union and therefore you should not have been charged any customs fees.
We would encourage you to make a complaint with the Portugal Post and would advise all other customers who reside within the EU not to pay customs charges.

We take great care to open and honest with customers about how long delivery will take and clearly explain that orders shipping outside of Europe usually take more than 25 business days. I paid more for shipping than for the actual brush and it still hasn't arrived. And on top of that I receive email reminders to review a brush I haven't received! Collaborate with a service that has a tracking system if you want to charge so much money for shipping.

Fantastic brush
