Very bad customer service. They never delivered my goods and claimed the postal address was not supplied at point of order and deducted delivery charges from my refund. Yet I had received an email from them to confirm my order details which clearly showed my Full delivery address. Cheating, Conning company. Appalling Service. Shame on you. You will most likley respond to my feedback claiming I should contact you to discuss further, etc, etc however this is only to show other customers reading my review you are looking to address this matter knowing full well you are conning cheats. Was unable to leave this review on there website which wasn't able to submit probably due to the negative honest feedback

Very disappointed with their customer service and returns policy being the original company. I ordered the wrong brush it was way smaller than the one I saw in Boots. I thought it would be a refund as it was all in order with original packing still in tact. But she said it was “used” and can only give me credit note. For a £17 brush, I spent £12!! postage (£4 for first order, £4 for the return and £4 for them to send me a new one.) Such a con. Just buy from Boots.

Brush degradation at 9 months of light use.
Customer service unhelpful, this is quoted.
"We recently had to change our material to comply with US regulations, and we've noticed that current hair products containing oils can reach very high temperatures. This can cause the polymers in the brush to soften, and combined with the tension of pulling through the hair, it can lead to the pins becoming misshapen or the pad failing."
EDIT: Customer services may have positive resolution and will review these comments if appropriate.

I purchased a brush using next day delivery. This was a Friday. The brush did not arrive until the Tuesday. The company said it was because I had ordered it too late. It was processed on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.....this is an excuse. The company should not have offered (and charge for) next day delivery if they cannot fulfill this.

Buyer beware

2 months of waiting to get a partial refund on a brush that I never received. I bought the brush in January and never received any news about the shipping (besides the useless tracking number). I had to check myself after a month to realise that my brush was sent and returned back to the sender because apparently I didn’t write the number of my street and they don’t have any way of contacting the customer to deliver the brush. For a big brand that sells online, I would expect the field of the street number to be mandatory. I had to contact them to figure out what happened to my brush, they told me that I could choose between getting a new brush or the refund. I chose the new brush. They told me they had to wait to receive the old one before sending me the new. One month later, without any notice, I get half of my money back. Terrible service. I won’t even bother and buy one on Amazon for a third of the price next time.

Very disappointed always use denman brushes had one for years and sad when I had to replace it. Received new brush and was same as old one and only lasted a couple of months!! So ordered the larger version and it split on second use.
Really can't believe it and not sure whether to purchase again!!!

Bought it for me because I have curly thick hair but I also found out that it works amazingly on my cat. I’m extremely happy! See the pictures bellow

I swear we all had this brush growing up, and as a curly haired family, I realize why. I ordered my Denman, after having to choose from all the pretty colors and after seeing so many videos on YouTube. While I wouldn't ordinarily purchase a $20 brush, I was not let down. The bristles are firm and stimulate your scalp with a straight brush-through. As a styler, the brush helps to distribute product evenly through wet hair without snagging or pulling. I air dried my hair and my curls lasted in shape and bounce for a good 5 days. I let my (older) sister (foolishly) use my Denman and have yet to have it returned after her rave experience using it. (As maybe not so foolish) I now have reason to buy another.

I love the brush and it really helps separate my curls. Game changer for sure if you are trying to do the curly method. I also ordered the pick and it's been helpful in giving my hair volume and using the raking method for product.

The brush was supposed to arrive on February 21st, and I still haven’t received my package or any updates on its whereabouts.

I want to start off by saying I was VERY skeptical about this "magical" brush that could somehow help my curls/waves be more defined. I've used a wet brush on both my hair and my daughter's hair for about two years now and though that brush works well, THIS BRUSH has been such a pleasant surprise! When I want to leave my curls more natural, this helps define them and has brought back their bounce. It has become a regular in my hair care routine (and in my daughter's!) It really does slide through my hair like butter and my scalp has benefitted tremendously. I have many issues with dandruff and this has helped distribute the oil and necessary products beautifully. If you are on the fence about it, I say just go for it! It really will be a game changer.

I have no complaints! Absolutely none! The website was easy to use, I was able to research and choose the items I needed. The shipping was quick too! As a multi-cultural texture hair stylist it's key to have great quality items in my arsenal. I'm very pleased 😄

I ordered the brush on 2/20/2021 and have not received it yet. I have not received a tracking e-mail either so I can not properly give an accurate rating until these things happen.
