Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience with this company. I cancelled my order well in advance (on 19 March), yet they still proceeded to ship it days later.
To make matters worse, I have not even received the product, yet they are insisting that I must return it in order to receive a refund. This is completely unreasonable—how can I return something that has never been delivered?
Customer service has now stopped responding altogether, ignoring multiple follow-ups and failing to take responsibility for their mistake.
This situation has been entirely caused by their failure to process a valid cancellation request, yet they are attempting to shift the burden onto the customer.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Best hair supplement on the market!!!
The gummies taste great! It too early to say if they work but I am very hopeful as the knowledge and the research is second to none! I fully recommend giving these a go if you are looking for a hair supplement! The customer service have been fantastic they helped me with my queries within the day. They are very reasonably priced and worth the investment.

Refund request ignored
I paid for subscription of 3 boxes of hair vitamins , I got one only and i had to chase them for remaining two boxes . They said they are out of stock and that they will send it when it`s back in stock ( that supposed to be on 26th November) , I requested refund. So far no response, no overdue vitamins , and no refund

Absolutely shocking disregard towards customers. 3 weeks now, no delivery, no contact, emails and messages go unanswered. 'tracking' link doesn't work. Will be raising dispute via credit card. Clearly scammers. Avoid
Update: 3 months later they respond here saying delays are caused by lack of medical questionnaire answers. Complete and utter lies. I BOUGHT A PACK OF VITAMINS. Your customer service admitted you had zero stock and are selling things you do not actually have so please spare the ‘trying to save our face’ act. So yeah avoid- dishonest company.

In the early stages the changes are happening under the scalp rather than visibly on top. Hair grows in cycles, and most follicles take several months to complete a full cycle and produce thicker strands. Three months is still relatively early in the process, especially if you’ve had thinning for a while.
Most people begin to notice visible improvements closer to the 6 month mark, with fuller results developing between 6 to 9 months as new growth replaces older, weaker hairs. Consistency is key, so I’d definitely recommend sticking with it a little longer to give your follicles enough time to respond properly.

Bought a bundle with them
Bought a bundle with them, but it doesn’t actually seem to work at all and if anything made it worse especially the rubber head scrubber. Delivery received on time but it just seems like they stick a prescription label on the package to make it look better. Wasn’t any real review or consultation. Not using the product anymore so it’s a pretty expensive for something that will go in the bin. Much better options out there after some more research.

It’s important to remember that most clinically backed hair loss treatments work in line with the hair growth cycle, which means visible improvement typically takes 4 to 6 months, with full results closer to 9 to 12 months. In the early stages some people can even experience temporary shedding as weaker hairs are pushed out to allow stronger ones to grow through.
In terms of the prescription label, this is not for appearance. Our treatment sprays contain prescription strength active ingredients and are dispensed through a UK registered pharmacy following a medical review. If your consultation felt incomplete, that certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide and we would be very happy to look into this for you.
The scalp scrubber should be used gently and only as directed. If it caused irritation it may have been too much pressure or too frequent use, and we can guide you on safer technique.

Fabulous products and service
I’ve been a customer of Dense for a year now and honestly I can only say great things about them. The product is great, effective and simple to use, I use the topical spray that has the blocker dutasteride in.
It’s easy to use, and highly effective. As a doctor myself I was keen to use topicals blockers instead of taking systemic medication as I have tried these previously and tablets have caused me side effects. I was however unsure the results would be as good.
After 6 months of use I think the results are easily as good as tablets, and I have no side effects.
I have also used the dense salt spray and have to say it’s the best one I have ever tried!!
The service is easy and simple to use, the products come regularly and on time, so well done guys on a fantastic product, a professional service and you have one very happy customer ☺️

Too much unnecessary plastic
As usual, these companies that sell their products online, use too much packaging, most of it plastic. The bottles are plastic and, although they cannot be easily damaged -if at all-, they come in plastic bubble wrap envelope. Quite annoying, to be honest.
So, although their product is good, I wish they gave a bit more consideration to their packaging. They could even easily adopt circularity by simply taking the plastic bottles back and reuse them after a good wash. How about that? I’ll return some of the one I have around the house. Come on, give it a go!

The bubble wrap is currently used to ensure the bottles, particularly prescription treatments, arrive safely without leakage or damage in transit. While the bottles are durable, couriers can be unpredictable and we have found this reduces breakages and the need for reshipments, which also has an environmental cost.
That said, sustainability is important to us and we are continually exploring improved packaging solutions that reduce plastic while still protecting the integrity of the medication inside. Your suggestion around circularity and bottle returns is interesting and something we can raise internally for review.
We really value customers who push brands to do better, so thank you for holding us accountable and for supporting the product itself.

In my opinion doesn’t work and poor customer service
Been on tropical treatment for well over 6 months,have not noticed no difference emailed last month about my concerns,emailed me back did I want to speak to there pharmacist before I look to cancel to which I emailed back yes but no one has gotten in touch,asked about the’moneyback gaurantee’and they stated you must have before and after pictures which I understand I should have read the small print.

In terms of results, three months is still considered early in the hair growth cycle. Hair grows in phases and most follicles take between three and six months to complete a full cycle. In the first few months treatment is often working beneath the surface by stabilising shedding and resetting follicles, with visible thickening typically becoming noticeable closer to the six month mark and beyond. This is why we generally recommend committing to at least six months before assessing true effectiveness.
