i talked on the phone and they tried the sales pitch
i was going to go with them .then they started just as a lot of people said .first on the flights they were saying 400 pounds refund but then only 200 because i booked it .i accepted this and was fine with it .
then for 2 extra night in a turkish hotel in december out of season they wanted £150 per night 300 pounds for 2 nights . i can book a whole week in the hotel for not much more
i have decided to go elsewhere

We offered 4 complimentary nights at the Falcon Hotel, which is an all-inclusive resort, not a standard hotel. The additional 2 nights during your visit are charged at £150 per night. This rate reflects the premium all-inclusive services provided by the resort, including meals, amenities, and facilities. This information was communicated clearly, and the hotel’s pricing can also be verified on their website, as it is a partnership hotel and not operated by us.
We also offered flexible options: you could book the extra nights at a hotel of your choice with transportation provided, or arrange all nights independently, in which case we offered a discount on your total treatment cost.
We are always transparent and flexible with our arrangements, and it is unclear why this led to a negative review rather than a discussion to find a solution. Our goal is to make the treatment experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

I have just had my second and final visit to the clinic, the experience has been great. All the staff are very knowledgeable and professional compared to substandard treatment n the UK. I was initially quoted 5/6k and this price was boosted to 12.6k, I did have a lot of work done, but be prepared for it to cost more than quoted. Also make sure you ask for hotel to be included on second visit as I had to pay for alternative accommodation, and 90% of customers are being offered this on second visit. All in all, I’m extremely happy with my final look and would do this again 100%. UK dentistry is awful, so well done Dentakay and big thanks to everyone for making me more confident, it’s been a great experience.

Great experience, dentists were really lovely and the amenities and technology are fantastic. Long wait times around the clinic were the only pitfall but they have free refreshments on site and the Terra Mall is nearby. I am extremely happy with my final results! I have always had a phobia of dentists, but the team at Dentakay were incredibly understanding, attentive, and compassionate throughout all of my appointments. I was quoted £3500 for my treatment but when I arrived I was taken into a room and then was told it would be £8000 ,I paid extra to be sedated but woke up half way through and had to shout out that I was wide awake, after the treatment I was badly swollen and in pain only to find out that the £8000 I paid would only cover the implants and I would have to pay more to get the teeth and again was quoted £3500,I was put in a hotel in the middle of a industrial centre miles from anywhere and had to rely on them to get to clinic and airport, my advice is to find another dentist

Regarding treatment costs, all patients receive a confirmation letter explaining that final prices can vary after an in-person clinical examination, especially when no X-rays are shared during the initial online diagnosis. In some cases, patients also choose different implant systems or brands once they are in the clinic, which can change the final cost. Every patient is always informed of the updated treatment plan in advance and is completely free to accept or decline it; no treatment is ever carried out without consent.

Sedation levels can vary from patient to patient, and it is possible for some individuals to become more aware during the procedure. Amazing results after my second visit one implant failed from my first visit and they gave me three options to think about and quickly resolved and issues. I’d highly recommended DENTAKAY to anyone who is thinking about getting work done on your teeth only negative id say was the pricing as mine was substantially more that my first quotation but that was due to having a lot more work done than expected as I only sent pictures I’d advise anyone to get a xray done back home and send that and you’ll get a more accurate price before you come over

Veneers, by nature, often cause sensitivity and discomfort which can last up to three months. This is a well-known and expected part of the healing process, and individual pain tolerance varies greatly from patient to patient. It is not an indication of any error or excessive procedure on our part.
Regarding the tooth preparation (shaving), veneers require precise, minimal reduction following internationally accepted dental standards to ensure proper adhesion and long-term success. Excessive shaving would compromise the veneer’s retention and is therefore avoided. Since you cannot see your original tooth structure beneath the veneers, claims of “over-shaving” lack clinical basis.
About the pricing, the initial estimate for you was based on porcelain crowns. After clinical examination, you chose veneers, a different treatment option involving distinct materials and procedures, the cost naturally changed. After reviewing your case, the difference in cost was approximately $1,800, not nearly double as claimed. This adjustment reflects the actual treatment performed and the clinical decisions made with your input and consent.
We have been in continuous communication with you throughout your treatment journey. Our after-care team and medical consultants have offered support and advice, including guidance on managing sensitivity and pain. We understand this has been challenging and are arranging follow-up care at our partnered clinic in Tijuana as per your request.
It is important to approach these matters transparently and respectfully. Attempting to reverse charges for completed treatment that is still in place and continuing to receive support from us is inappropriate and inconsistent with the circumstances.
