Had a great experience! The transportation to and from airport, plus a nice 3 night stay at the Raddison. They did well on my operation as well from start to finish.

Hair professional Matt Dominace recommended the Heva Team to me as they often service African American hair. In the beginning I had some concerns about over harvesting as I was quoted a very high graft number of 8,000. After negations I was able to negotiate 5,500, keep in my along with my hair transplant I also got 500 grafts added to my beard, 5,000 grafts were used on my recipient area. The doctor drew my hairline on to which I found to be a little cricked so she used a handheld laser to straighten the hairline out. I would advised sitting patients inside of a machine that can symmetrically line up the hairline with your corners or c-cups. The Heva Team assisted with various needs as in hotel reservations, a shuttle for traveling, and quick responses on what’s app with customer service needs. The translators were very professional, the only thing I’d advised is for them to talk more by giving more details as to what is going on during the surgery process to reassure the patient during this very difficult time. Overall I’m very pleased with my services from the Heva team and the results of my recipient are fantastic. As for my donor area I will write another review at a later time.

The staff were friendly and made a nerve-racking experience a lot better. Sarp, Viktor, Dr Özlem, Mohamed, Varna and the rest of the team were great. The hotel was excellent. The only downside was the technicians implanting my grafts did not follow the guidelines nor check throughout to make sure they were both doing the same thing. By the time I realised both sides were not equal, there were only 50 grafts left to be implanted. So the options were to remove grafts from one side or extract more grafts from the donor area. This was unfortunate and avoidable if more attention was being paid. However,I'm still very hopeful that all will be well when the hair grows out& hopefully my baby hair make it unnoticeable.

Dr. Özlem, Gäkav and Lara (the patient coordinator) were so great to me! They were patient with me and took time to give me exactly what I asked for. Drivers were on time and transportation was very comfortable. I felt safe traveling alone with HEVA. Everything was so clean. Very happy :)

was great at HEVA, everything was on point, taxi came to pick me up at the airport to the hotel, clinic and everything else great,Kate and Lara were super helpful. My operation was great as well as the care, Thomas gave great customer care before and after operation. The only let down is the post op hotline.

The experience was very nice, the staff was very nice and helpful. The transfers were very smooth and they were very punctual. There were no communication barriers which was very useful so we did not struggle with any misunderstandings. Overall we were happy with the procedure and I look forward to seeing the long term outcome.

And please….don’t be ridiculous. Are you implying that person would pay for an airfare USA-Istanbul just to stay in the hotel for free? That doesn’t bring any more respect to your entity.

Please note that Trustpilot has requested proves of the statements in my review - which I have submitted. I wish Heva would have done the same - because 1. I was never suggested to see any specialist; 2. No rudeness from my side ever; 3. Quote is incorrect; 3. True - I have two accounts in Trustpilot - personal and business, none of them is spam.
The bottom line is that I have a proof for every word and stand for the facts. Heva is making attempts to discredit my review because they don't have anything supporting their accusations.

This review is about my personal experience with HEVA clinic and not an advise or any suggestions.

I had my crowns done. Went through the hell of experience - see my previous review. Very shortly one of the crowns chipped. Had to come back (which is quite costly) and few of the crowns were replaced under warranty. Few - because instead of one-by-one or two-by-two, the whole set of upper crowns were placed as a single interconnected bridge. No wonder that a few months later 4 more crowns got chipped. Had to come back for the third time.

Transfers were a disaster, wait time from 40 to 1 hour 25 minutes, staff was blaming Istanbul traffic like it's a big surprise.

While negotiating treatment plan for my companion we were presented with the treatment plan, including warranty, hotel, basically the package. We were alerted to potential changes on the treatment plan based on the exam and tomography. But what we were not told was that if we do not accept the revised treatment plan, we'd be required to pay for the hotel and transfers.

Treatment plan changed from $6,800 to $15,000 because of "no bone" - but no bone left was confirmed via texts prior to our arrival to Istanbul. But most importantly, the warranty was taken away from the package. We were explained that the crowns and implants have a warranty - but if they fall off, there's no re-do. When I pointed out that the implants and crowns stored in the jewelry box and not placed where they belong to, and my companion absolutely refused to take the chance worth $15,000, only then we were informed that because the new treatment plan was not accepted, we are required to pay for our hotel. Which we did. Apparently, HEVA did not notice that and informed us that they had to pay for the hotel. Me sending screenshot from the credit card confirming my payment for the hotel did not make any difference.

During all the texts back and forth I found out total lalack of coordination between the members of the team. One person confirms the cancellation while another confirms the appointment and so on. Even though HEVA clinic was the one that arranged my treatments in the clinic that did such a poor job and required me to come back twice, HEVA seems to be so proud of standing by the warranty terms and providing treatments under such warranty.

I also did not like customer service practice when the salesperson is badmouthing about his competitors, and when I express my concerns and great disappointments, accusing me of manipulating and being abusive, and when mentioning me seeking legal help, accusing of bluffing. When I mentioned that I will post my honest review so people can make their informed decisions, I was accused of trying to hurt their business.

My request to be provided with the records of all the treatments done in all three visits was ignored several times and finally answered "I don't have it".

I would definitely recommend Heva Clinic. I’m an African American female with 4C hair so it was important to me to find a clinic that specializes with my hair texture. I’m so glad I went with Heva Clinic. From my initial virtual consultation to now(I’m 3 days shy of 1 month post hair transplant) my experience has been everything! Jan, my Heva consultant, was amazing. He’s been such a doll to work with. From the beginning, he’s always been so patient with me no matter how many questions I asked. The transportation they booked me for me was a luxury sprinter and drivers were so nice and professional. I had a bad experience with the initial hotel they booked for me(Dedeman Bostanci) but after I reached out to Jan to let him know about my experience, he apologized and got right on it. He had a driver at the hotel to pick me up in under an hour, and I was moved to the Burgu Arjaan which was such a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Even to this day, Jan has followed up with me to check on me. The clinic is so nice and super clean & the entire staff was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. I love that the doctor and technicians take their time and do not rush the process like other clinics. Also, aside from the anesthetic injections, I have experienced no pain. I haven’t had to take any of the pain medicine they gave me, not even a Tylenol. As of day 12 post hair transplant, I was scab free and I almost cried when I discovered hair under the scabs. My traction alopecia was such a huge insecurity of mine and I always thought it was something I’d have to go through my entire life dealing with. Heva Clinic really changed my life and my confidence. If you have been thinking about getting a hair transplant and considering going to Istanbul, definitely choose Heva Clinic, especially if you have Afro textured hair like me. I am documenting my journey on YouTube and TikTok(they are not paying me or incentivizing me) in hopes of encouraging other women(and men) who have been thinking about getting a hair transplant to just do it!!! My hairline looks amazing and natural and my confidence is to the roof now. I wish I would have done this sooner. Heva Clinic definitely did their thing!

There's something special about Heva clinic that made me go with this clinic: first, they are specialized also in afro hair, and second, they have blogs like "celebrities hair transplant" which is regularly updated and tailored to each country (local celebs from France, Turkey, Spain, UK etc.). That means hair transplant is not just a "job" for them! Also, they make sure you get what you want with your HT instead of just telling you they know better which makes a difference knowing that some clients know exactly what desing they want for their hair transplant. And last, they made a great job on my hair and have been very professionnal! Can't wait to see the results now!
