Incorrect referral by a DentalInsurance Sales person
I was told to contact Delta Dental directly about waiving the waiting period for the new dental plan because I was previously a Corporate Delta Dental plan member whose COBRA benefits ended on March 31st. I was then transferred to Delta Dental who had no idea what a Platinum for Everyone plan was and could not see any information of a new plan signup. I then had to call DentalInsurance.com again only to find out that I should have been directed to Morgan White insurance underwriter and at that only after 48 hours so my new plan request would be on their system. So one agent was knowledgeable, other had bad/wrong information and wasted my time

Very easy to search and compare…
Very easy to search and compare different dental insurance in my area. All the basic info I need to compare about plans was highlighted and easy to understand what I was getting. Signing up for the plan I chose took less than 5 mins and I did it all online without having to make a phone call to an insurance rep. Which I love I hate making phone calls 😉
