Great Service.

In all of my dealings with Dental Planet, I give them a five star rating. On my first experience I ordered a doctor’s stool. When I started using the stool, I found that it made a loud clicking noise. Upon advising Dental Planet, they immediately sent a replacement. I recently purchased an X-ray machine from them. After I installed the unit, I was having trouble with the switch. I called the sales rep and he immediately got me in touch with a repair technician who told me what to check. We had the unit working in 30 minutes. Great service.

Thank you Dale for fixing our problems...

After receiving communication from Dental Planet we were able to work out the problems with one of the chairs that I ordered. I appreciate Dale's help in getting this put together and am changing my review status.

I have ordered from Dental Planet in the past and have had overall positive experiences. This transaction has been the polar opposite.

I ordered four patient chairs through Dale and when they finally arrived weeks late, the chair base was white and not the black that I had ordered. My team liked them so we decided to keep them. When I informed Dale of this, there was no response, no offer of a partial refund, no offer to replace them with the correct chair, and not even a call to apologize for the mistake.

One of the chairs is already leaking oil and it has been very difficult to even get a return call. When we did get a return call from Dale, he said that only parts were covered in the warranty but labor was our duty to pay. When their ads talk about the warranty, it only states, "Warranty: 1 year". Nothing is mentioned about parts or labor or both. Extended warranties are available to purchase, but nowhere did it define what their standard warranty was. Without our authorization, and weeks after our original complaint, Dale sent a repair man to our office who took apart the chair, found the problem, and then demanded to be paid. We said that Dental Planet would be the one to pay him, so their repairman left with the chair in pieces in the operatory. We thought they might actually be trying to help correct the faulty equipment, but apparently not. There has been no real effort to solve our concern and need. It seems that the sale is more important to Dental Planet than the service.

As I mentioned, I had had positive experiences in the past but with the changes that I assume have take place at Dental Planet, I'm not sure if I will ever be able to order from them again. If this is how they treat their clients, especially repeat clients, they have become a company that I don't believe I can depend on to be there for me.

Very bad experience

1. It took four months for my purchase to arrive.
2. Parts were broken and the dental chair doesn’t recline.
3 it took them another two month to ship out the parts that’s broken again.
4 finally they shipped out the replacement parts that works but sent the wrong foot pedal that doesn’t work properly with the chair. It works only manually but the presetting button doesn’t work at all.
5. Sales replies super slowly. I have to follow up three times for him to reply once. It’s like this almost everyone.

In summary, I wouldn’t buy from dental planet anymore.

Loved my experience with them

Absolutely loved working with Dental Planet! I worked with Inventory Specialist Chris Koetter, he was outstanding. He answered all my questions, was always available to take my call and work around all requests. The whole process took less than a week, great responsive team! 5 Stars for sure

Problem fixed, items shipped promptly

Final Update 4/5/2021- items arrived as expected in good condition and well packaged 6 days after my initial post. Dale took care of the problem personally and gave it utmost importance and urgency in a most professional fashion to correct the mishap. Thank you Dale!!!
Update-Dale contacted me within an hour of this post promising to make it right, promising that I will receive the chair upholstery by early next week. I hope to come back and edit this review accordingly!
Horrible horrible horrible. Charged my credit card and have never sent the product.
I needed upholstery for dental chairs
I needed them desperately. Dale promised me that they will be shipped out within two weeks. I paid $2500.00 in mid January 2021, since then it has been one excuse after the other. Now it has been 10 weeks and nothing, not even an update
I requested a refund so I can order from another company and have received no reply, now I have to waste time disputing the charge on the credit card. Very disappointed, this is highly unprofessional and outright theft!!! I hope Dale does the right thing to regain some integrity to his business!!!

Everything was great until it came time…

Everything was great until it came time to actually install the machine. I should have known by the run around about the tech that would install it. I was willing to have my local tech take care of it. I instead paid for their tech who changed the install date several times. He also left the old pan sitting in my first operatory instead of the designated area (very empty rear of the building). Instead, every patient and parent had to walk by it on the way to their appointment.

It has actually been about a month since that delivery and the pano still is not working correctly. He knowingly installed a bent guide rod and did not alert anyone. When I finally got ahold of him, after trouble shooting all day, he tells me about the bent part. I then had to prompt him to order the new part...

THEN that part had all kinds of issues getting to us, they put the incorrect address, then sent the part to the wrong state. In short, A MESS.

Sales guy could not have been nicer, service and support has been garbage.
