Dental hub came well recommended and certainly lived up to all expectations, they picked me up from the airport and took me to a five star hotel which was all inclusive of the price. From the first consultation I felt in my heart that I had chosen the right people to handle my teeth, they were very professional throughout the 7days I was in their care and prior to my treatment. I could not fault them on anything honestly they were that good. If you looking for honesty and transparency and of course amazing results look no further Dental hub is second to none!

I came to DentHub in Turkey for my implants and crowns, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Before the summer, I had two teeth removed and two implants placed by Dr. Ada, who was very professional, put me at ease, and provided excellent treatment along with clear post-care advice. More recently, I returned to have my implant crowns fitted by Dr. Melike, who was not only incredibly patient and attentive to detail but also exceptionally skilled at her work. She explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and really gave me confidence in the treatment. I highly recommend her—she is truly excellent at what she does.

My coordinator, Deniz has been a huge support—I’ve known him for years, and thanks to my recommendations, my sister, brother-in-law, mother, and even extended family members also trust DentHub for their dental treatments. I have had the best service.
I have a few crowns and implant placed.
This meant me coming to Istanbul twice. The service is exceptional, the co ordinator was efficient, the clinic is clean, the staff was polite and friendly and the quality of the crowns and implants used was exceptional. I came during the offer period and they kindly extended this finish my treatment at a later stage. I highly recommend dent hub and would come back in future if there is a need for further dental treatment.

Great team from the start Deniz was really informative and took all my questions into consideration. On arrival Meric and the receptionist gave lots of information on things to do in Istanbul which was a bonus! Dr Ogur gave me my dream smile highly recommend this clinic!

Arrived here beginning of Augustfrom the uk for the 2nd time only this time I had my teeth done and honestly when I say all I had to arrange was my flights these wonderful people took care of everything else transfer from the airport less than 5 minutes to wait treated like royalty private transfer beautiful hotel arjaan I arrived with my teenage daughter who was my travel companion time the night before to settle in and take a look around
Collected promptly on the first day the service I myself aswell as my daughter have recieved has been fantastic from start to finish
The technology used has fascinated me every step of the way was discussed with me I knew by the evening the night before the next appointment and the time I felt no pain what so ever throughout I was so happy I got to choose the colour and shape including the length of my teeth they don't look fake at all I'm so so happy with them the dental team are so nice kind and caring deniz is always on hand to help inface the whole team at denthub and clinichub are just absolutely fantastic my whole family back in the UK can't believe how nice my teeth are and how realistic there are I wouldn't recomend any other company other than these and the cost is absolutely fantastic the work in the UK would of cost over 20k
Believe me when I say your in very very safe hands do I have any regrets just one and that is I wish I had done it sooner

I've been on a journey with Denthub.
I had a fall over 12 months ago where did a lot of damage to my teeth, I had a full consultation and a plan and I was asked all the way through the journey if everything was OK, nothing was recommended that I wasn't happy with. The service Deniz and his amazing team are brilliant.

You have transfers to and from the airport as well as to your treatment.

You have a nurse on site in the hotel and the hotel is very clean and outstanding service.

You have any medication included in your plan and Denthub provides a detailed plan so you know what is in your treatment.

I had an amazing experience I went on the 1st-7th June to get my teeth fixed and I can easily say it was the best experience and results, they looked after me throughout my stay and made me feel comfortable and confident, yes at first you can get a bit nervous but when you experience the professionalism and the welcoming it will calm your nerves down.

My husband has had a real phobia of dentists since a child…. Hence ending up having to eat on his front teeth, having lost all his molars over the years. I contacted Deniz last year and had been in discussions with him for months before managing to get my husband to agree to come to Istanbul. Our first trip was January when he had all his remaining teeth removed and the studs put in place. He was very fortunate as left with a set of fixed temporary teeth as opposed to dentures…he was very happy about that! We then returned in May (heading home today) and are leaving here with a fabulous set of full mouth implants. I can honestly say we are both very happy with the end result. The arrangements were seamless - cars to/from the airport and each day to/from the hotel to the dentist. The hotel and staff are first class. Highly recommend Denthub and we have recommended some friends too!

First of all let me clear this up as it isn’t fair to pull down the dental service given! Me and my wife are extremely happy with our smile transformations Melike and her team are amazing at what they do and we can’t thank them enough! The rest of the clinic support team were also amazing as is the accommodation that you are put in! For those two aspects alone I would give 5 stars but and here comes the disappointing side of things.
We began our treatment on the Saturday 12th April my wife was quoted for 10 zirconium top and 10 zirconium bottom crowns and 10 gum contours along with my work costing a total of £4470. After the first day we were told we would save £245 as she didn’t need 10 gum contours which was great so a total left to pay of £4225 minus the deposit of £350 I’d paid prior to coming out meaning a total owed of £3875. On the second visit we was asked to pay so we did and then when my notifications come through they had charged me £4321.05 an overpayment of £451.05 which caused so much stress. I checked with my bank to see if there was any charges etc to which they said no so I took it up with the clinic. They apologised and said they will check and come back to me! I had to push for responses for the next few days all whilst attending clinic too, one rep told me that they calculated my treatments wrongly and that my price was different on the website and another rep told me I was charged double the amount on my teeth so they would refund £300! Obviously this didn’t sit right as the overcharge was far more! I’m sure they wouldn’t like being overcharged that amount in a foreign country. They then told me that there bank hasn’t charged interest and then they did and then they didn’t again so which was it? On the 5th day I followed up again after no update they said they will get statements from the bank to show what they have charged and work out what was to be refunded. Bearing in mind we were here for 8 nights I was getting more and more worried we had been scammed so I chased again. On the 6th day they said we will refund £400 whilst waiting for a response back from their bank so I accepted and fair enough they gave me the £400. At this point I said I’ll wait to hear from you with your bank but if nothing comes back I will ask for the remaining refund which they accepted. On day 7 still no response and again I pushed saying that I wanted it resolving before leaving clinic on the last day or I will be putting in a complaint regarding the service and situation we had gone through. Still no reply on day 7 evening so again a follow up on the morning stating I wanted it sorting and I will be filing a complaint to make future clients aware! Next minute I receive call from one of the coordinators saying they wish to discuss and resolve the matter to which all I got was the same excuses as when first questioned, not listening to how I was trying to understand their mistake and lack of accountability on their front. They also basically implied that I shouldn’t have received that much refund back so I asked for a breakdown in how they worked it out to refund me that in the first place then? No in depth response only making out I wasn’t willing to listen and understand so I said your entitled to your opinion but I will proceed with my complaint regarding a situation I should have never been put in in the first place to which we ended communication. All in all the dental practice was amazing but the mistake on the coordinators part and finance team was discusting, they didn’t fully accept any responsibility and this really made the experience a little sour on that front for us and still £51.05p worse off. Also to note the transfer driver we had regularly was out of control and dangerous although the standard of driving is pretty reckless throughout we never felt safe during travels between the clinic and hotel. Always on the phone always speeding and even hit a lad and a trolley on the first day and just drove off like it was normal, so I think that is something they also need to look at when it’s a scary enough experience coming here for work done in the first place your safety should be paramount!

I got in contact with Denthub in 2023 as I was looking for a reliable dentist, they were very informative in helping me make a decision on the right treatment to go with. I changed my mind so many times on whether I actually wanted to go through with such a life changing procedure and they was never upset about that, they always told me to come whenever I felt ready to. That’s one major thing that made me go ahead with this clinic is the fact that they’re not after your money. My procedure was in March 2024, a little birthday treat for myself. Before I landed in Turkey I was briefed on literally everything eg, how the next few days would look like, how long procedure takes, pain, sensitivity, literally everything. I was paired with the lovely Asude who is a patient coordinator who helped with everything I needed she was so helpful and hospitable, not only to me but my partner as well. I can’t thank my dentist enough doctor ogut, one of the best dentists out there, he was so patient with me and gentle and I never ever felt scared or uncomfortable and I thank him so much for that. He would finish his shift late just to accommodate any changes or worries I had. Also want to thank the lovely Berfin which is his dental assistant/ nurse. Everyone at the bagdat clinic are so wonderful from the receptionists, to the other dentists, the cleaners everyone here is just superb and can’t recommend them enough, hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I just recently went back to Turkey on the 18th Feb 2025 for a check up, x ray and teeth clean and polish and I got in contact with Meric who is a patient coordinator at the clinic. Once again another lovely lady she’s been so helpful from the start and very welcoming. Everything was perfectly fine with my teeth no problems whatsoever. I ended up leaving my bracelet in the toilet and only realised whilst I was getting on the plane, I contacted her to let her know and she was so swift in making sure my bracelet was secured in which I really thank her for.

Had another amazing experience with Denthub! I arrived on Sunday and was promptly picked up by the transfer service and taken to the Burgu Hotel. The hotel is fantastic (gym, x2 pools, sauna etc) —great location with a station right outside, making everything super convenient.

On Monday, my dental work began with Dr. Ugur (cosmetic dentistry) and Dr. Ada Ustun (implants). I had previously met both doctors last June and specifically requested them to complete my treatment. Dr. Ugur is so meticulous and patient—he truly pays attention to every detail and never makes you feel judged, no matter your starting point.

Dr. Ada Ustun was equally incredible, explaining everything clearly.

I was at ease throughout the whole process. Literally from the very beginning Niloofar has been my coordinator since the very beginning, she’s on the ball, understanding patient and so sweet.

I also want to mention how lovely the receptionists, Meric, Asude, and Dr Ugur dental nurse were. Having dental work can be a scary experience, but they were so friendly and genuinely nice people. I really got on with them and appreciated their support throughout.

Lastly, my transfer driver was so kind and helpful—unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but please pass on my thanks to him as well!
