On the initial consult regarding the three small roof dents, Elton said that for a perfect job the roof liner would have to be stripped from inside. After some discussion, with my agreement he said that he would see what he could do from the outside.

Elton was very professional with an excellent customer service approach. He arrived in the time slot given and completed the work to a very high standard. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out and the service I received and would highly recommend this supplier.

I received great service from end to end from West London Dents. The quote was very competitive, the timeline from enquiry to booking the work, was very good and I was able to have the repair carried out at home.

The body technician who came to the house was very professional with an excellent customer service approach. He arrived in the time slot given and completed the work to a very high standard. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out and the service I received and would highly recommend this supplier.

Elton did his magic on a sharp dent on front door crease line. Extra difficult as it was on a Tesla model 3, so aluminium doors and there is an internal crash bar right behind the dent, making the repair super tricky.
Elton did a great job to overcome the obstacle and now the dent is gone.

Elton is an absolute genius. A car had reversed into my car on the door crease and two PDR companies had already refused because of access (behind the dent was the impact bar).

Elton came, spent time investigating the options, explained the situ to me and got to work. No rushing at all but working through until HE was 100% satisfied. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Had a dent on the bodyline and a crease with scuff marks about a foot long on the tailgate of my VW ABT Transporter, after some kind individual drove into it whilst parked up.
Tried a couple of PDR companies for quotes but both said it couldn't be done. Then I found West London Dents. Sent off some photos for a quote and received a very reasonable response.
Elton came today to repair the damage and I have to say the guy is an absolute genius. The damage is completely undetectable and my tailgate now looks brand new. Elton is a true perfectionist and his work is worth every penny.

5 stars! He repaired my ding caused by a careless door opener. I was stressing as this the first time that I had a new car.
I took it to the dealers and they quoted me 1Kplus for a respray. I sent details to three other SMART/bodyshops who didn't want to do the work.
Elton is a great guy, he came round to my flat, we had a good chat, in a hour - he was finished and a reasonable price.

Outstanding service. Elton was punctual, knowledgeable, skillful, meticulous, intelligent and courteous. He levelled a small stone chip dent on the front of the car to perfection and gave good advice on touching up the paint ( he doesn't normally do painting ) . I sent pictures of a dent in my door to 10 dent companies and none wanted to attempt it. Elton came back with a quote within the hour and removed the dent perfectly the following day. Arrived punctually within the time allotted, and price was all inclusive. Friendly, polite and explained the repair process in great detail. Job completed was akin to new, with near 100% restoration to original specifications. Will definitely utilise services again should the need arise.
