In 2020 I had full mouth rebuild including 4 implants & all teeth crowned. Within two years three crowns had come off which I paid to have reinstalled in Australia ($250-$300 each). Dentzz refused to compensate me for those costs. In 2024 I returned to Mumbai to have the implant crowns installed. 2025 an implant crown came loose & eventually came off. A second implant crown became loose in 2026. Instead of travelling to India to have the repairs, an expensive exercise with fuel costs escalating, I asked Dentzz to supply the tools required to reinstall & tighten the implants in Australia The request was ignored. The lifetime warranty sounded impressive until I discovered the customer pays the costs of travel and accomodation. Before you use Dentzz consider the ongoing costs of maintaining your teeth. I did not to my detriment.

I had a full mouth of crowns done at Dentzz Mumbai in 2019. Seven years on, the outcome has been devastating, and I want others to know before they make the same mistake.

When I first went in, I asked for implants. The dentist convinced me root canals and crowns were the better option. I also only had cavities in my molars, but I was talked into doing the full mouth — front teeth included — because it was supposedly the best long-term solution. I trusted the advice. I shouldn't have.

What's happened since:
- All 7 root canals have failed.
- One bridge failed, forcing me to fly back to India to have it replaced.
- 6 teeth have now been extracted.
- I'm currently waiting on a root canal redo with an estimated 50% chance of success.
- The bridge that was already replaced once now needs replacing again.
- I've been told by another dentist that the implants were not correctly installed, and all of them will likely need to be redone at some point.
- The crowns are monochrome and don't look natural. The colour doesn't match anything on the standard New Zealand shade chart, so any future work will be a visible mismatch.

What was sold to me as the best, most comprehensive solution has turned into years of pain, expense, and corrective work in another country.

My advice: stay away. And if you do go, do not let them upsell you into more work than you actually need. Get a second opinion before you commit to anything, especially full-mouth treatment plans. I wish I had.

The clinic maintains high standards of hygiene and uses modern technology, which further added to my confidence in their services including clear guidance for post-procedure care.

Overall, my experience completing the second phase of dental implants at Dentzz Mumbai has been extremely positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implant treatment.

I am giving dentzz (Mumbai branch) a minus zero rating. Due to their sister branch Aritzza Smiles whom arrange my transport with their driver and tried to upduct and hijacked me. ( I remember clearly that this was also the driver for Dentzz dental clinic as I saw the name inside the taxi that picked me up at the airport) To continue: Literally the driver said that they (Him and his accomplice) were going to kill me if I did not do as he said. He locked all doors! I took flight on the highway after pulling his head backwards and taking his telephone... Since this day I still am shaken and traumatized.

Hi..I needed some dental work done and chose Dentzz in Mumbai.
Every dentist i went to performed at the highest level....A special thankyou goes to Dr Tejas Nalavade who did 2 root canals.
Ive had a few done in australia and they are not only extremely painfull in the mouth but also in the wallet.
Dr Tejas assured me that i should not worry and did the first pain free... i could not believe it.
I then did a second tooth that was very complicated and very awkward ..to find the last very small root.. but Dr Tejas did not give up.. i was in the chair for 3hrs and was over the moon that he got it all... i cannot thank him enough.. and again even though it was 3 hours it was pain free...
Anyone needing a root canal done should do yourself a favour and go see Dr Tejas in Mumbai.
Root canals in australia can cost 3 to $4000... they do it for $350.. and Dr Tejas is as far as im concerned the best... if i need another root canal i will certainly go and see Dr tejas...

My name is Raymond I come from Lithgow NSW Australia recently I went with my partner to Dentzz in Dubai for implants both top and bottom complete replacement and they are so good at making you relax and went through every aspect of the procedure for both of us they have the latest implant technology and the doctors and staff make you feel like family my partner had never travelled outside Australia before and we could either go to India / Mumbai or as we choose Dubai they made sure we were never in pain and we were in constant communication with them through our first visit we stayed appointmently 5 klms from the clinic in a 5 star motel that had beautiful suites and we had the best holiday in between our dental work we will be returning to Dubai to complete our implant journey in approximately 4 months and we can not wait this time we are taking our 11 year old grand neice so if you want the best Dental implants by the best in the business please consider Dentzz in Dubai for any dental work you will be like my partner and myself couldn’t be happier the staff are the best and the doctors make sure you know exactly what they gonna do and make sure that you have no issues prior to any work DENTZZ at Dubai we can’t thankyou enough for making this such a good experience

This is my second positive review.
My first was regarding the fab staff and how my implants looked.

Just want to express my total satisfaction with the functionally of the implants.
Eating is now a pleasure as it was many years ago.
So pleased I took the leap of faith to have this treatment done

Our third visit to India and third visit to Dentzz for a catch up. Booked in for a check-up and clean while here. Always great professional service coupled with super friendly and helpful staff .... nothing is too much trouble. We can definitely recommend this establishment. You won't be disappointed.

The staff were very welcoming from the beginning from the scan to consultation to the whole procedure of the dentistry which is top class and they minimise any pain and give medication for prevention of any infections. Extremely pleased with the end result and would recommend anyone to come to Dentzz Mumbai.

Both my wife and myself went to Dentzz in March 2025 for Dental Implants and some other work. We provided 3D scans of our teeth before hand and requested quotations. Based on these quotations we made arrangements to go to India and get the work done at Dentzz (Mumbai). I have some observations which I would like to share so hopefully you can make your sound decisions about going there. Firstly, Dentzz has very good professionals who look after everything that is required. We cannot say enough about how they look after you. What I can say however, is that the pricing they quote you is never the price you will pay. Everyone we talked to while there payed much more (up to 30%) than the price quoted. Upselling is the name of the game, whether it be the type of implant or other services. ie. sinus lifts to the type of implant. What concerned me was how sinus lifts for three different patients were charged three different prices. When one patient complained about this, he was discretely given a discount and told not to talk about it to anyone. Blood test are required, at your additional cost, but the complete results are not provided. Hotel costs are at your cost which can be considerable. These vary depending on the work but I can tell you that sometimes the extra days Dentzz asks for are not required. We completed our implants in Turkey in half the allotted time they asked for. So it makes you wonder whether they are getting kick backs from the hotels. What made this even worse is that my wife got terribly sick from a virus that was circulating in the clinic (that they even acknowledged). I took her over four months to get over this. That being said, the professionals there are great. But the management needs to rethink their approach. We got a quotation for the second visit to complete our implants ie. crowns, and based on this decided to go to a clinic in Antalya Turkey. Firstly, our quotations were exactly the same as originally provided. Secondly, the hotels were provided for free, with transports. Thirdly, where would you rather be, Mumbai or Antalya. Mumbai caters to mostly Australians while Antalya Brits. As we are from Canada I guess we had a choice, but the clear winner with us is Antayla. Integrity and honesty means a lot to us, and we got it in Antayla.

In reading the response from Dentzz and to be totally transparent, what they did not mention was that we went to their offices in Dubai and had scans and consultations done there before ever proceeding to Mumbai (which we additionally paid for). Our plan was revised based on the work we needed done. Still our quotations were not anywhere close to what we were charged. And again certain procedures (such as sinus lifts), should be charged consistently, as they are in other clinics around the world. Your response only confirms our review.

Had a lovely experience at Dentzz. Dr Damini Dr Mihir Dr Simran all made as like a family. Special thanks to Adnan and Moreshwar all very professional in there work and out most in there work at the front desk. Thank you for all the help and support throughout the work.

I had some major dental work at the New Delhi Dentzz clinic in the past and I was very happy with the results.I needed more dental work and I visited the Delhi clinic back in September this year and again I was extremely happy with the results.I would like to thank all the staff for their great service. Honestly, I never do reviews, however I feel everyone should know about Dentzz. The staff at reception were the most helpful and attentive people I met in a while, they were amazing.

The treatment received - I have never felt such painless dental work, and a confident woman who put my mind at rest with all of her experience in dental surgery. Two days later I still barely feel any pain.

Update -Part 3 (October 2025):
The zirconia crown placed by Dentzz during my June 2025 visit has shattered into pieces after less than four months of normal use - Photo evidence available upon request or verification, also posted on my existing Google reviews. This should never happen with a genuine zirconia crown I spent thousands of rupees on.

I have repeatedly requested implant passports, warranty papers, and material documentation from Dentzz, but even after more than three months, nothing has been provided. This new failure only reinforces my earlier concerns about the quality and authenticity of the materials used.
Patients reading this should understand that my experience spans over 10 years — repeated failures, lack of transparency, and now a shattered crown within months.

My message to genuine patients: Please do your due diligence and review the items mentioned in my previous reviews before trusting this clinic, and avoid posting early positive reviews until you have tested the durability and quality of the work over time. It may look and feel great initially before you fly back to your home country thinking you’ve achieved something meaningful ,but in my experience, the results simply do not last!!

I am totally satisfied and completely overjoyed with my Full Mouth Reconstruction with Implants, which was just completed at Dentzz Delhi. The journey has taken about 6 months, and the result is incredible. Now I can happily smile widely; and once again bite, chew and eat the foods I love: such as mutton, chicken, naan, nuts (carefully!)… the list is long! (I know that I cannot try to crack chicken bones with my teeth, but that is a small price to pay!)

What really stands out to me is the transformation that the Dentzz team has brought to my smile. My teeth look completely natural now, and so much better than before.

Dr. Jyotsna Arun and Dr. Taranjeet Kaur were the primary doctors for me. Dr Disha Sirohi also consulted. They were all absolutely amazing. Each was highly skilled and very professional. They explained every step of the treatment clearly to me, and answered any questions I had in-depth—all of which put me fully at ease, and confident, that I could trust this team to do a great job. Which they have done! Thank you, doctors!

Then there is Rahul, who assisted the doctors most of the time, and Hemlata who stepped in when he wasn’t available. Both were very courteous and efficient in their role. Thank you, Rahul and Hemlata!

Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by how minimal the pain was throughout the process. 20 teeth extracted, in 2 sessions, and no pain… wow!

Dentzz Dental has completely changed the way I look at dental care, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone who is considering getting dental work done in India or Dubai, where they also have an office!

I had complete upper and lower implants done. I researched online and found this dentist. Like anyone would be, I was nervous and apprehensive but from the moment I walked in I was met by 2 amazing women who made me feel welcome and cared for. I then meet the wonderful surgeon who explained every detail of what she would do and answered all my questions. I went for a month the first trip and had appointments for 90% of the time. I left with the implants done and false teeth. I then or came back 6mths later to get the teeth attached to the implants. I came for another month and spent about 75% of the time with appointments. You might think this is a lot of time but they are the best in their fields and are perfectionist. So I'm glad they took all the time as I now have an amazing smile and best of all I can once again eat apples😁

MONEY MAKING SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dentzz Mumbai ruin lives. If you visit please notice that every patient has all teeth removed, regardless of diagnosis.

They are professional con artists and will manipulate your vulnerability in order to make as much money as possible.

Please do you due diligence and research properly. A simple Google search will reveal that they have covered up and removed many negative reviews.

There are much more moral and professional dentists in Mumbai.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
