Great quality product with incredibly fast shipping!

I was a little concerned after reading some old reviews about how long some Rod Vaults were taking to be delivered. I am extremely satisfied with how quickly mine was delivered and how helpful gbe staff at Denver outfitters were in responding to any questions I had. I would recommend them 100 percent

The rod vault I own works well. The mounts however failed. The female threads began slipping making it nearly impossible to remove from my cross bars. Disappointing that something so small about the design could render such a big problem. The replacement part is extremely expensive for what it is, and in my opinion should be covered under the warranty. (Not covered) Hopefully they can redesign this part of the mounting assembly. *follow up* After posting my review (2 stars) I was contacted and notified that the money for my replacement parts was refunded, accompanied with it an apology for the inconvenience. Credit to Denver Outfitters for their effort to improve customer satisfaction.

Great product, great service. 1st vault was damaged in shipment, Denver Outfitters sent a replacement the next day. Very pleased.

My new rod vault is a quality product and I'm very satisfied.

If time is important to you, the Rod Vault is for you. Prior to my son's birth, I fished 2-3 times a week. After he was diagnosed with autism, I now fish less than 12 times per year. Time on the stream has always been valuable; however, it is extremely limited now, and every second counts. The rod vault allows me to not only securely and safely transport my rods; but more importantly, it saves me precious time when pursuing the fish of central PA.

The item we ordered was damaged on delivery. As soon as we contacted them they responded immediately and sent us a new item. They were very kind and helpful.

First didn’t send the right vault and took awhile to get a new one. The one i actually ordered.

They make it easy to order, install (with straight forward instructions) and in my case, exchange a 3 rod for a smaller 2 rod.

I met them at the Fly Fishing Show in Edison, NJ. Great product. The service was seamless. I got my roof rack in a few days. No problems.

You pay top dollar for this product and it's completely worth it.
The quality is top notch.
It was on my doorstep in two days.
Being able to carry three rods rigged and ready to go is awesome.
At the end of a long day of fishing throw the rod in the carrier and drive home.
Buy it. You'll be glad you did.
