Misleading Dropshipping Model and Poor Support

My experience with Deodap has been extremely disappointing.

I paid for their dropshipping plan with the expectation of building a sustainable business. However, I later discovered that many of the same products are sold directly by the company to retail customers at prices that make it extremely difficult for resellers to compete.

As a reseller, I am expected to spend money on advertising and bring customers to my store, but customers can easily find the same products on Deodap's website at lower prices. This creates a direct conflict between the company and its own resellers.

I raised this concern multiple times through calls, messages, and emails, but I did not receive any satisfactory resolution or clear response.

I also ordered some products for testing and was not satisfied with the quality I received. In my experience, some products did not meet the expectations created by their listings.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their dropshipping plans carefully verify the pricing structure, reseller margins, support policies, and product quality before investing any money.

Unfortunately, my experience has been negative, and I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.

Cheaters

The products seem budget friendly but this is disguise. They were showing 4 products in the stated price but delivered one. and now no complaint support.
I would suggest please keep away from such shopping sites and adhere to trusted ones.

I ordered an alarm clock which costem…

I ordered an alarm clock which costem 164rupees and they did not give cod or pay later option ,no order cancellation option. The case was broken and the clock was not fitting ,when I shared the unboxing video they are saying you have replaced and shared . The customer care sevice is nuisance everytime a new agent comes you have to tell same story and they go away without solution everyday they drag you till 7.00 pm and next day same story no problem resolution no query addressing. DEODAP IS A FRAUD. A legal action should be taken against it.

Do not, under any circumstances, order anything from Deodap. If you value your hard-earned money and your sanity, run in the opposite direction. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, revealing what appears to be a systematic and calculated effort to defraud customers.
I ordered a product (specifically, a [Insert Product Name here, e.g., Portable Washing Machine]) from them, expecting a functional item. Instead, what I received was a complete "dud"—dead on arrival and utterly non-functional. Based on my experience and countless other reports, this seems to be their standard operating procedure: they either deliver a completely wrong item or ship products that are already broken or damaged, hoping you won't fight back.
This is where their truly absurd and fraudulent business practices begin. When I immediately contacted their support to initiate a return or replacement for this defective piece of garbage, they had the audacity to demand an **"unboxing video"** to prove that the item was damaged upon arrival.
This requirement is logically flawed, manipulative, and designed solely as a barrier to prevent customers from exercising their rights to a refund. Consider how preposterous this is:
1. **The Catch-22:** How is any reasonable consumer supposed to know that a product is damaged or defective *without* opening the shipping box first? Their entire return policy rests on an impossible premise—you must prove damage in a state where you are not supposed to know damage exists.
2. **No Communication:** If this absurd recording is mandatory, why was I not explicitly informed of this *before* the purchase? They didn't notify me via WhatsApp, email, or a prominent warning on the checkout page. They bury this clause deep in their fine print (or perhaps invent it on the spot) as a "gotcha" tactic.
3. **Unrealistic Expectations:** Who in their right mind records a continuous, unbroken video of every single mundane parcel they receive? Average consumers do not set up a camera production team for a standard package delivery. By demanding this, Deodap is actively exploiting the standard, reasonable behavior of consumers. They are counting on the fact that you won't have a video so they can arbitrarily deny your claim.
It is a disgrace. This isn’t a return policy; it’s a mechanism built to scam people. They ship defective or damaged inventory, and when you try to use legitimate consumer protections, they use a pre-designed trap to make sure you keep the broken item and they keep your money.
They are preying on customers. The Consumer Court absolutely should take notice and action against Deodap for these deceptive and fraudulent practices.
**The Verdict:** Absolute fraud. If you order from them, you are playing Russian roulette with your money, and Deodap controls all the bullets. Consider yourself warned. Save yourself the stress and expense: DO NOT BUY.

Very disappointed with my first experience. I chose Deodap as a sourcing partner for my reselling business and ordered 21 necklaces, but only received 7. It’s hard to trust a B2B supplier when the very first order is incomplete. Be cautious. Customer support needs to step up and guarantee complete order fulfillment,

this app is literally fraud I get my parcel very different of what they shown on the app and when I talked to custome care they said that it is delivered as it shown in the picture I said I have video of unboxing parcel but they didn't reply after that, I'veorderedthe led light and the cell which was in there is literallyused and not even matching and it wasn't even working, such a worst experience I'll never use this app again

this is a fake company. all product are very low quality chines products. do not invest in deodap products for in b2c and b2b sales. They are reportedly very bad behaviour company with there customer from sveral plateforms like Frenchise india, Amazon, Deodap website etc.

I ordered 54 items

I ordered 54 items, out of which 1 item was received damaged. The company asked for an original unboxing video, and I provided a high-quality MP4 video (4.8 GB, 41 minutes). Initially, they rejected it claiming it was a repacked video, then later asked where the repacked video was. After that, they requested a better quality video, which is not possible since the unboxing cannot be repeated. I suggested a physical inspection instead, but they closed the ticket. This behavior is misleading and unprofessional.

This is the worst app I have ever come across. I purchased an electrical shaver, the instructions are in Chinese, I wanted to charge the shaving machine and when I charged it. The battery didn't last a shave. How can someone do anything if the instructions are in Chinese. The seller thinks that we have in built Google translator in our brain
