Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was sent a USED perfume set, something that should never happen under any circumstances. When I contacted customer service, they refused to replace it, using the excuse that I had purchased it at a discounted price. A discount does not give a company the right to sell used products or deny basic consumer rights. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I will never purchase from this website again. THIS IS A SCAM.

DO NOT TRUST

I tried to make a purchase, it showed an error message TWICE, and they took my money and refused to give it back. THEY TOLD ME THEY WON'T GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY and that I have to contact my bank.

Ordered it yesterday and today the perfume was ate house. Extremely satisfied wirh it. I also love the samples that were included!

They are Amazing!! I ordered online a face cream; after some days I called to ask them why it was not delivered yet. The guy at phone was so kind and professional, checking and giving me all the updates on my order. The day after, the package arrived at home, with an ADDITIONAL PACKAGE for free as a gift, and a card with their excuses for the delay. In addition, this sophisticated shop, sells not only my favorite brand of luxury cream (Insium) but also very elegant and selected perfumes. Thank you, you are the TOP!
