DeluxeNode has some of the cheapest and best servers available, they have a wide range of services available and they will not disappoint you. Their support team is friendly, fast, and helpful.

DeluxeNode surpassed all my expectations for it. For the low price, the quality is amazing. My whole experience was amazing, the beautiful panel, the extraordinary server performance, right down to the amazing staff team. This host is excellent in every way and no doubt deserves five stars.

The staff team is kind, friendly, professional and always willing to help. I was assisted with any queries I had and they seem to genuinely want to help out not just because it's their job and they had to. From what I've seen the DeluxeNode staff team will help out where ever they can without complaint, if the question is already in their FAQ, or if it's something really simple. This is truly one of the best staff teams I have spoken to in the hosting industry.

DeluxeNode's panel looks and feels amazing. Everything is clean to the eye and to the touch. Everything is neatly ordered in categories and sub-categories allowing users to find anything they are looking for with ease. The panel has live time console commands and live statistics for things such as CPU and ram usage which is helpful for any server owner.

The server performance itself was way beyond what was expected. Plugins run smoothly, packets are sent quickly, and from what I have seen CPU and ram is run efficiently as it always seems to be low. I run a network and have never seen lag between my servers, they all seem to be working together fast and powerful.

DeluxeNode is well worth the price and quality for what they have. I was impressed at first by their website, I was struggling to find a company that would supply a easy user interface with a excellent price when I come across these guys and it was heaven sent.

Everything I have had was met with perfection and have found no flaws in using this hosting. Currently, I have purchased Meteor, small web hosting, & discord bot hosting. I am more than happy to keep concurrently paying each month. I always love helping them out as well by posting my affiliation link in forum signatures.

Very good support, needed boot command changed but wasn't an option, so I filed a ticket and within a day it was changed.

Loving the new design language, although I'm a bit suspicious of them claiming it's their own design language when it is obviously from https:// demos.creative-tim.com/ argon-design-system/
They have also removed the footer that credits the creator.

DeluxeNode has been my host for a few weeks now and I can only say good things about it.
Their prices are the best on the entire market, their staff is resourceful and very helpful, their servers have amazing performance and their panel is user friendly.
Here is one of the situations that got me amazed, when I asked Rihan, one of the DeluxeNode's staff, how much I would have to pay for extra storage and I expected to pay for it and was waiting for a price, here is what he said:
"Ah, well when you need more storage, if there's plenty on the node, we provide it for free."
Anything beyond this is pointless, they've proved themselves as a great host provider and are very professional.
I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the best hosting company I've ever encountered they have exceptional support, fantastic prices, great hardware, they setup is instant hassle free. One of the coolest features they have is direct support through discord if you need them. I am on there enterprise plan and web hosting and it run like a charm very impressed with them. Easy to use Minecraft panel (best alternative to Multicraft), crazy supportive staff team and lowest prices on the market. There is nothing that can be better than this.

TL;DR:
-Good and fast support;
-Good server interface;
-Server setup wasn't instant. It seems they don't have it automated as it took a few hours for my server to come online;
-Server performance was bad and it was unable to handle 1.13 Vanilla in a fresh world with only 1 online player. Support claimed it was due to Vanilla being poorly optimized, but the same server ran fine on Realms and on my new host (one I rented after this one and used same settings I had on DeluxeNode). Spigot improved server performance, but still not perfect. All this led me to believe that the hardware may be under heavy usage or that you may have "just enough resources" to run your server. I didn't press the issue any further with support - since the first answer was for me to wait out until PaperMC released - and decided to simply change to another hosting company and everything is smooth now;
-Due to a responsive support, I would try them out again in the future. They've seemed to run out of stock shortly after I purchased my server with them, so maybe the servers were crammed at the time of my renting.

Full story:
When 1.13 was released, I decided to create a fresh world to play with my GF and the occasional friends. Due to the limitations of Realms, I've decided to set up a new private paid server where I could bypass it's limitations, like the server rendering distance config.

I specifically came to this hosting company because of all of the good reviews here specifically stating that the servers are great. I however, did not experience this. The support, however, was good and fast, and they partially resolved my issue - even the partial was because I kept pressing the issue and asking for solutions.

I still have a download of the last world I had when I switched from Realms to DeluxeNode and started having the server performance issues. We had just started, so we basically had nothing. We had a cow farm with about 28 crammed cows and a monster trap about 16 chunks away from my base (none of which were a problem on Realms, my future hosting company server and my local computer).

On contacting the support about the issues, their first response was that the "Vanilla Minecraft servers are still poorly optimized" and that I should wait for them to announce when PaperMC (alternative more optimized server) got released and that should fix my issue.

I am not a person that complains for the occasional lag here and there, however, it was hard to enjoy the game as the server was performing poorly and, once I reached The End (and got disconnected after entering it), I decided to try to resolve this before dying on the Void due to lag. Some of the issues I was experiencing with the Vanilla 1.13 server:

-Frequent "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host";
-Random but frequent "Can't keep up! ..." which usually led to several successive disconnections;
-Random disconnections being unable to reconnect for a few minutes;
-Random lag spikes;
-Not being able to stay AFK on the server overnight. When I woke up the next day I had generally been disconnected.

I asked again to support if nothing could be done and they suggested that I install Spigot, that solved the "Can't keep up! ..." issues and the server became much more stable with only the disconnects and lag spikes here and there.

Overall, good and fast support, but in my experience the server couldn't really handle anything when I rented it. All this led me to believe that the hardware may be under heavy usage or that you may have "just enough resources" to run your server - maybe it was crammed. I didn't press the issue any further with support (even though they told me to let them know of the results - which I did) and decided to move on to another host and everything is running smooth now.
