I wish there was a zero star option
I wish there was a zero star option. Terrible customer service! I bought a pair of shoes, and they were fake! The website about says that the shoes are authentic. That’s false. I tried returning the shoes because it says Paypal transactions get a full guaranteed refund....that’s false too. I sent them back to the return address on the package I got. Which was from Taiwan, so I spent $45 to ship it back. Ended up having to be sent back to me because the damn seller actually lives in China! He had someone fake make these shoes in Taiwan. When they got back to me I asked customer service if I can ship them again to the correct address. Guess what they said??? No sorry it was your responsibility to get ahold of the seller. Your return time is up. No refund is available.

Very happy with my purchase ! It took a while for the package to arrive, around 3 weeks. but it was due to the coronavirus lockdown. Customer service was very helpful and replied to me in a timely manner.
