I ordered a product in stock (a pair of sport shoes) on December 16th to receive it before xmas night.
Delivery date was planned for Dec. 18th, but it was not delivered. I wait for some update but no one provided an explanation so I contacted on Dec. 26th to request an update.
On Dec. 30th they answered that the order was "lost" and they canceled it. I wonder if they ever even tried to deliver or not.
