The payment page here uses a classic "dark pattern" in its design. A ticking countdown timer and a large "€1" sign capture all your focus, creating an artificial sense of urgency.

Because of this visual setup, it is incredibly easy to overlook the smaller text stating that the 7-day trial automatically becomes a €30 monthly subscription.

I missed this detail myself, was unexpectedly charged €30, and support declined my refund request based on their terms.

I’m sharing this simply to invite others to ignore the timer, take a breath, and read all the details carefully before entering any payment info.

Paid €1 for a test result and was unexpectedly charged €30 a few days later. I immediately requested a refund, but the company refused. The subscription terms were not clear to me during the payment process. Be very careful before entering your card details.
