Great Inspection Camera
My product arrived before the scheduled delivery. I needed to use the borescope to inspect my stainless steel chimney after 28 years of use. It worked great! Now I don’t have to worry if the chimney is still safe. I would recommend this product for various uses around a home.

Good camera. Try both software versions
The initial setup was a little bumpy - the two versions say Android 9 versus 10. My phone is a 16 so I tried the 10 first and it did not work. The version 9 one worked - so I would consider the "10" as just for that version, and the "9" for everything else.
I would have given it 5 stars if the focus was a little broader - super closeups are blurry. And since the camera portion is kinda long, it can be hard to not end up too close to your target.

Great customer service
Customer Service helped me with selecting a model that was the closest match to my needs. I hoped to purchase a DS700TL with a 1.5 m cable, but such a unit isn't available. I ended up buying a DS520TL with 1.5 m cable.

Good Camera, OK interface
Buying the camera was easy, and it showed up in a few days, as they said it would. Using the camera with your cell phone involves having the phone connect to the camera unit via wifi. It doesn't always connect. Then you have to disconnect and reconnect to get it to work. Because of this, if I had to do it over again I would consider paying a bit extra for the model that comes with it's own dedicated screen. The actual camera quality looks great.
