SCAM. HORRIBLE. Stay away. My order took 2 months to be delivered. When I asked for a refund they refused. I had no other way to contact them and could not get my money. Don't trust them. They just want to steal your money. The customer service is non existent. Save yourself.

Depway is a SCAM. I was super excited for the dress I ordered, but after waiting three weeks the one I got was an incredibly cheap version of what was pictured. Awful stitching (irregular, and I tried it on once and it started coming apart), the material was incredibly see-through and cheap quality, and the way the dress was constructed didn't look ANYTHING like the picture-- I even took it into a seamstress and they said it was impossible to get it to fit the way it should.
And then their return policy is a scam. They said they would refund me if I sent it back, but return shipping is $20-60. They even suggested I resell it instead LOL. The replies are also computer generated-- I get the same replies every time I email them.
They also filter out bad reviews on their items although this shouldn't have been a surprise.
Just don't buy from Depway. I can't believe I completely wasted $40 on them.

ugh I wish I had found this site before ordering...I was so excited to get the dress I ordered, it had amazing reviews on their site, only to wait 3 weeks to find a tattered dress made of cheap material and absolutely reeked of bleach. 50$ cad lost...so sad. I was going to email depway for return but it looks like most people get the run around.Someone even mentioned they asked them to send a pic of the dress on? and suggested they give it to a friend lol I'll just call this one a loss...do not buy...just don't do it.

SCAM. Clothes are cheap and they will not accept returns. The customer service team is automated and they say the same thing over and over again when you try and return the items. The models look great on their site but their clothes are horrible.

I had the same exact experience. This company is horrible and misleads customers about the return process. The clothing is in miniature sizes, super cheap quality and misrepresented.

They refuse to offer refunds. Absolutely horrible experience.

Horrible experience! It is a scam. Just people selling cheap clothing and refusing to issue refunds. I was told to take a picture of myself in the dress then they would issue the refund. That is so over the top and I've never had a company tell me that before. They then told me to take a picture of me measuring the dresses? Like what?! I feel so dumb for ordering from this company in the first place and even giving them my credit card information. I will be keeping an eye on my account just because I truly don't trust this company one bit, needs to be shut down

A scam company. I am calling my credit card for a full investigation into this company’s practices. They lie to their customers. I placed an order and then researched the company and freaked out and tried to cancel the order via email within an hour of placing my order. They asked me what was wrong and I stated I was not comfortable with their return policy on their site. I no longer wished to purchase the items they need to cancel my order. They jerked me around and still sent my order ! So I have been trying to send it back but they won’t respond now. They don’t care because they are fraud company! Do not buy from them.

The dress I ordered looks NOTHING like the one that was advertised. To make matters worse, when I emailed customer service to return my defective dress, they would not give me the address/instructions to return and suggested that I re-sell or gift the dress to a friend....Are you serious?!! Why on earth would I give a defective dress to a friend? I have been emailing back and forth trying to get an address for over a week. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I made a small purchase and 3 out of the 5 dresses I bought were completely not like what was pictured! You have to email them for them to give you the return address and they kept putting off my question of giving me the address by repeatedly replying back that he shipping charge would cost $20-60 and that they can give me a discount and a $7 refund instead. I kept declining because the items together cost over $60 so I will take my chances with shipping to get my money back but they then suggested to me to try to sell the clothes instead ! Like WTH! Who would buy cheap unfitting clothes? TERRIBLE SHADY COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Terrible company! Their customer service is awful and they jerk you around. I had the same problem as the other fellow reviewers on here. The clothing items were not like pictured and the quality was not good. They have a simple return policy of 30 days and they are not complying with their own policy. They are avoiding and dragging out correspnodane and not cooperating. I highly suggest you don’t purchase anything from this company!

If I could give Depway 0 stars I would. I paid $60 for 2 dresses. When I received the dresses, there was an obvious color difference and the items were made with the cheapest looking material I can imagine. I know that sounds harsh, but the majority of my frustration began after I tried to initiate a return. Let me start off by saying that when you email Depway, the same person “Jessica” emails you each time (likely a false name). They will request you to send a picture of the problem, which I happily did and showed them the item I received and the item online, as they had an obvious and major color difference. At one point in the conversation, I was told “we can process your return, but it will be too expensive for you to return the items back to China”. After insisting I would pay for shipping and handling, I was told in 3 different emails, “would you mind giving the items to a friend or relative as a gift or resell to someone? We can give you 15% off your next order, ok? Have a nice day”. Beyond this email, I insisted I would like to initiate a return. I have now exchanged 17 emails with Depway’s “Jessica” and as you can imagine, I feel helpless. As a website, don’t state things in your return policy you don’t plan to honor. I would highly recommend staying clear of this website. Prior to purchasing, I looked at these reviews and thought to myself, “how bad could it be?” Please let this be the review that recommends to save your money and save it for that cute outfit that’s worth it!

The speed of transport is really slow, but all the clothes are very cute. I ordered 4 pieces and have already gone on holiday. The price is very favorable. I hope that the next purchase will be faster.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram and thought their stuff looked cute. I made sure to check that their stuff was returnable, as it stated that it was. my shipment did not come in time for my vacation because it took 17 DAYS to reach my doorstep. not only that, the fabric was absolute crap and definitely not true to size. After I emailed customer service complaining of the quality and the delayed shipment explaining that I had to go on vacation without the bathing suits they have the decency to tell me to bring it on my next vacation.
talking about the crappy material, when I emailed them saying the material is not what I expected, they asked me to send them pictures of the bathing suits tried on. I'm sorry, but the crappy quality will not be able to be noticed in the photo's so I think I will save myself some time.
it seems like this company doesn't have any social cues and just does not know what is flying, and obviously does not care about there customers whatsoever.

Omg. Worst. Quality. Ever. I’m legit laughing at these purchases. They’re now in the garbage. All of them. LOL.

Terrible Customer Service on returns.
Material is VERY cheap and nothing as pictured.
Don't purchase unless you are 100% about your purchase because you have to send pictures to the owner with the clothing on before returning. THEN you have to pay for your own shipping return.

Sizes are not accurate materials are cheap and see thru. They will not take returns. On of the dresses came damaged and stained with lipstick and they told me to wash it! Lol very poor customer support!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Please please save your money!!!!

Terrible products, terrible customer service. I was really excited to get these items because they looked so cute online and I needed trendy clothes for sorority recruitment. I finally got them after 22 days and they did not fit at all. I'm usually a small in everything and the clothes were way too tight and the dress didn't even look like it could fit on a human to be honest. I emailed them right away asking for return information and they kept on emailing back avoiding the subject of giving me any of the information I needed. Never order from this company. I should have been smarter and looked at these reviews beforehand but I was desperate. Unless you want to lose money and have a terrible experience, Don't order from depway!!!!!!

The shipping is slow,take amlost 14 days to receive the items.hope they can promote the Logistics time.Looks same as photo but not too high quality. With this price is very nice. it s ok . I suggest you buy it when you're not in hurry。

Horrible Horrible Horrbile...their clothes look super cute advertised on Instagram so I ordered 4 items with them. Package finally came after 3 weeks I placed the order...which I completely forgot I placed to be honest because it was so slow to get to me. So dissapointed in the quality and how the clothes fit. One of the sundresses felt like a paper towel...no joke. Have been emailing with a rep since Monday about having them send me a prepaid shipping label so I can send all back to them...which i'm still not even sure is happening. It's now Friday. They're are asking me for order # or invoice ID which I don't have because these people never even emailed me a confirmation email on order...shipping status..etc.

If i could give them negative stars I would. 3-7 business days for shipping is completely inaccurate. When I got the material 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it not only was it the cheapest quality I have ever tried on, it did not fit. I ordered my normal size in a skirt and I could only get it to zip at the smallest part of my waistline which is so high up that my backside was hanging out of the skirt. When I went to return they requested pictures. Um... i am sorry but NO. First of all yall are complete strangers, i am not going to put pictures of myself in clothing that is inappropriately unflattering out there fore any one to get their hands on. I find it ABSURD that I have to prove to them that I look bad in the clothes. That does nothing productive whatsoever. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service before in my life. Absolutely can not stand these people.
