So pleased to have found this again
So pleased to have found this again - bought it from Derek's on a recommendation and used it when my son was born 23 years ago. Essential for chapped lips/skin especially in the winter.

Great customer service
My order unfortunately didn’t originally arrive, but the same day that I raised concerns with Derek’s, a package was hand delivered to my house. Impressive customer service! Many thanks
