Tried to book online, then had a phone call booked for Saturday at 11 am. No phone call

Phone call Monday apology saying they had been busy in clinic and they didn't get a chance to call.

Booked an appointment for Saturday paid the deposit 30 minutes later got a call cancelling the appointment their booking system staff had has booked in error.

Never got to see what their treatment was like slightly concerned if they can't do the customer service as they promise I'm not sure about the quality of treatments.

Had a hydrafacial at the new Guildford location. I have had hydrafacials for years. The machine used is not a hydrafacial machine. The lymphatic drainage sequence also wasn't followed, but more sporadic suction placement. There was no acid peel. The extraction was not using the suction either. Also, I have never had extractions occur at two different points during the facial, the second being just as it was finishing. They didn't use serums either but a ultrasound gel. Was a very bizarre experience. Also no option of LED add on which is usual with a Hydrafacial. It is cheap but I don't feel the benefits I usually do post facial which is disappointing.
