When the LED lights stopped working

When the LED lights stopped working, I contacted the company who were most unhelpful. They do not repair and advised buying a new one. End of story and goodbye £2000. Do not buy from them. They're only interested in your money.

Dermalux PIH damage to skin BEWARE

Purchased a Dermalux in 2024, when I used it on my body it caused post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I contacted the company to see how I could treat the PIH and they advised skincare I could purchase to help and that it may take a month to go away. They said I should not have used all 3 lights together. I explained that it did not warn not to anywhere. They also said I had it too close to my body - again I followed what was advised on the website and instruction booklets. After 3 months the marks were still there so I got back in touch with the company, they told me it was not up to them to fix and to try other methods to clear it. I tried to write a review on the website of Dermalux and it was not published, I asked why and they said they did not publish negative reviews as it was not good for marketing.

I purchased a Dermalux Flex

I purchased a Dermalux Flex, and after a while, some of the lights stopped working. The device was replaced under warranty, but the same issue occurred again later. The company refused both to repair and to replace it. Be warned: after the purchase, you’re left completely on your own, with no support and not even the option to pay for a repair.😡

Dermalux Flex. i do not recommend this product!!

do not recommend this product!!
First Dermalux flex lasted a couple of months before the bulbs went
2nd brand new replacement lasted 23months!
Dermalux 2year warranty only covers me from my original purchase and I'm expected to purchase another! So neither lasted the 2 year warranty

l've also had to obtain a new electrical cable as the wire connecting to the plug became exposed and made a popping, sparking sound.

Both occasions I was informed a new Flex device was required without anyone physically checking what the fault was!

When I asked what the actual fault was I was told it could happen if dropped or stamped on.
When I questioned if that's what they are insinuating as the device is immaculate, they said no, it could be many reasons! So of all the reasons it could be, they suggested two that I could of caused (unbelievable) the person also pointed out he personally has a flex that he's used for the last 5 years (again I feel this statement is indirectly blaming me for the fault.)

I've taken advise and been told regardless of warranty the device should last a reasonable amount of time (ie upto 6yrs)

Wouldn't recommend this product based on the device quality and just as disappointing the aftercare. (Please feel free to message me so you can see exactly how they speak to customers)
