I am a medical professional but I can't prescribe botox.
When I enquired about this, nobody at Derma Medical mentioned I needed a prescriber to offer botox injections until the day of the face to face course! bare in mind i had 2 telephone calls with them and this was never mentioned despite I asked many times if after the training I could offer the injectables service. Then they made a mistake on the location where I would do the training, which delayed my training of 1 month (I already had business plans to rent somewhere and everything set up to start a couple of weeks after my training). They were rude via message saying that I should have double checked, when in total honesty we had written conversation with right date and location as previously agreed. They simply replied ''you should check before hand'' for a mistake that wasn't even mine. To apologise they offered a discount code of £200 at Church pharmacy, the code never worked after I emailed Derma Medical several time with no joy I had to email Church Pharmacy this morning to find out that code is only valid if I spend £400!!!! scammers!!! I will seek legal action against the company and I urge you to double check everything you agree or discuss with them, they are only after money. Their training was absolutely crap. Even basics emergency situations such as dissolving was NOT DISCUSSED or even show. All they said is ''look at the booklet we gave you''. If I needed to do self learning I wouldn't pay £1600 cash upfront. Be careful with who you book your training course.

I WANT TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT THE WHOLE TEAM AT DERMA MODELS HAVE THE MOST AMAZING MANAGER WHO HEADS UP THE WHOLE TEAM AND HE IS CALLED EVAN. MARK WHO IS A SENIOR TRAINER IS ALSO AN AMAZING GUY.

THEY BOTH DO THEIR JOBS WITH SUCH COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM AND THEY HAVE SUCH A GREAT COMMITMENT TO THEIR MODELS. TRULY TOP BLOKES 👍👍.

I HAVE MORE TREATMENTS BOOKED FOR THIS WEEK AT THEIR LONDON SITE BUT IM GOING TO LEAVE MY REVIEW FOR 4 WEEKS MINIMUM.

Everything went wrong.I had botox injections on February 14th, now it's March 8th. My eyelids are drooping in my left eye, I can't see well even with glasses. The student didn't know how to insert the needle, the whole eye was blue. I don't recommend getting botox in any way, it's better to see a specialist who has done it a lot, now I can only blame myself.

Excellent business booster day delivered by Chris and Emily who own their own large practice but have had aesthetics business experience at every level. We received some excellent tips along the way. Interesting, informative and relevant. Thanks

I recently completed my facial aesthetics course with Derma Medical, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Harriet for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful, informative, and inspiring course. It was a real privilege to learn in such a supportive and professional environment.

I was also lucky enough to connect with some truly lovely delegates – I even made a few new friends along the way, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I recently had my lip fillers dissolved, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was efficient, well-organised, and surprisingly painless.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and given a thorough consultation. The practitioner took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt completely comfortable. I was reassured about what to expect both during and after the treatment.

The actual dissolving process was quick and almost pain-free, with only minimal discomfort—far less than I had anticipated! The professional technique and use of numbing made a huge difference. The treatment was carried out with precision, and I was constantly checked on to ensure I was comfortable.

After the procedure, I was provided with detailed aftercare advice, including how to manage any potential swelling and what to avoid in the coming days. I also received personalised recommendations for future treatments if I wished to get fillers again in the future.

Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering filler removal. The team is knowledgeable, caring, and professional—exactly what you want when undergoing any aesthetic treatment!

The treatment was so painful due to the trainees not having a clue of what they were doing, and they were inserting the cannula several times not properly that I almost fainted. And to finish the result of the tear through was: on one eye no result at all and on the other a massive eye bag (I've never had one before) that people now think somebody punched me in the face. I was sent home with that and a "you look amazing" comment. I'm horrified by the experience and how they left my face, it's absolutely vile and outrageous. Avoid this at all cost, it's heinous and they will ruin your face by playing with it like if you were a toy. As 4 trainees will give it a go on your face and the trainer doctor will be there to have them trying on you not really ensuring it is safe and the model will at least have some improvement, you will get an asymmetric disastrous result guaranteed and you would be told to book another session to have it fixed (money pump scheme). This has sunk my confidence, who knows till when I'll go with this on my face... I'm devastated.

I recently had an excellent treatment with Dr. Haroon Ashraf, and I must say, he’s truly exceptional. Without a doubt, he’s one of the finest doctors I ever met. As a patient of his for a year now, I’ve consistently been impressed by his ability to exceed my expectations. The clinic itself is wonderful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

My first time at getting lip fillers and I was a tad nervous but the staff who booked me in were lovely and made me feel at ease straight away, the medical staff were there throughout my procedure and they were also very kind and made me feel at ease,they explained everything that was happening and it was nothing like I expected and with the numbing cream they provide it’s was great I absolutely love the results would very highly recommend Derma medical 5 stars all the way

Having had a disappointing experience with another London based training academy, I was worried about being a model again, so used a couple of independents, but still not entirely happy with the end result having paid full price. I thought I would give Derma Medical a try having seen their outstanding reviews and booked as a model for Dr Armit Thiara. I am so glad I did as it's the best result I have had from any aesthetic procedure carried out over the past 4 years. I was also really impressed with the delivery of his training to the class and his in-depth knowledge, so much so it made me consider investing in the training myself. I would highly recommend Derma Medical, and look forward to my next visit.

I had a telephone conversation with Gary who was extremely kind and supportive with his advice.
Upon that, I decided to book the lip masterclass as I wanted to gain experience with lip fillers. It was the best lip masterclass ever!The trainers Natasha and Becky were both AMAZING! My experience with Derma Medical has been wonderful under every aspect of it.Highly recommended. I will book other courses with them. 10 stars

it was my first time getting lip filler and Emma and all the trainees made me so at home, and were so warm and friendly. I love the results of my lips. they knew exactly what to do with the asymmetry due to a serious facial injury as a child. i will absolutely be back for a top up and for other treatments in the future!

I had my foundation and advanced course in aesthetic medicine with Dr Nish. He is an excellent trainer, professional and provides such high care. He is very clear with his explanations and gives the best tips !!! I’d so recommend this course specially if you’re looking to go into aesthetic medicine full time.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional training provided by Amish and Richard! They taught me the treatments with precision and artistry, leaving me feeling confident and empowered to perform them on my own. The trainers also instilled in me a sense of security, knowing that I could reach out to them for guidance and support whenever needed. To this day, I've been in touch with Amish, who has continued to offer valuable advice and encouragement. His prompt responses and accessibility have been invaluable, and I appreciate the ongoing support he's provided.

Inflexibility and excessively high financial penalties if you need to reschedule. Please read carefully the T&Cs before booking
- cancellation at any point after booking is a minimum 50% non refund on course cost
- cancellation < 1 month - no refund at all
- if you have to reschedule the MAXIMUM amount of the paid course fee they will transfer to the cost of a rescheduled course is 75% rapidly reducing to 0%

Not made clear at all on booking and does not in any way accommodate for the changable rotas of the medics they pitch their courses to.

I will NEVER consider this company for training again and urge anyone who can not plan with 100% certainty months in advance to do the same.
