I wrote a very bad review on this product, and I still think the product was sticky and did not cover as I hoped. That’s why I got confused when I suddenly had a new order going on. I asked them to stop the order immediately and thanks to Paula she stopped the order and I got my money back in my account. A 0/5 would've been better. Don’t buy from this brand it’s a complete scam. Made a complaint through PayPal and I was offered 80% refund only on my last order. Unauthorised payments, how is this even possible? As I did not at all authorise a subscription. Avoid these scammers!!!

Don’t buy from this brand it’s a complete scam and to make it worse the products are really poor quality. They leave your skin looking like you’ve used budget children’s face paint.
You are automatically signed up to a subscription that’s not mentioned anywhere when purchasing and even though it states free returns, once you try to return they tell you there is a large return fee. I was offered 30% refund only.
I made a complaint to my bank and they refunded me two full orders, so I would suggest doing this if you face the same return issues as me and go through your bank for unauthorised payments instead of through derma muse as I did not at all authorise a subscription.

On 4/14 I sent a ticket - Response was on the way in transit right on track - requested information on the courier or tracking number - nothing now week later - look at ticket - States ticket closed the next day - I have notified my bank to block any further charges - Definite scam using a company called DermaMuse out of TX to ride on obviously-198 reviews 3 happy customers -Reporting - 411 Scams Federal Government

I had a mixed experience with this company.
The product itself did not meet my expectations at all. It did not perform as shown in the advertisements, and unfortunately I was not able to use it as intended. In addition, it caused a noticeable skin reaction, which was very disappointing.
Customer support was polite, and the issue was eventually resolved with a full refund. However, the process took multiple follow-ups, and at one point I was asked to consider amending my review after the refund was offered.
I believe it is important to share an honest experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.
I appreciate the final resolution, but I do hope the company improves both product quality and transparency in the future.

Beware of refund process and product
A few days after I received I requested a refund because the product did not work as promised . It left a white cast and did not blend . They requested pictures of the product and of the product in my face . I provided it . They offered to refund 30% and when I said that was not acceptable , they asked me to send more pictures . I refused to continue wasting my time and told them I considered it a loss . They then offered a 50 % refund . I asked for a screenshot of their refund policy as I had read there was a 30 day refund policy . They sent me to their website and the policy does not state they will refund 100% it only states a refund within 30 days . They make the determination of what they will or will not refund . I complied with their photo request which clearly shows the ineffective product . Very frustrating . A total disappointment

Great communication after reporting issue with product
After receiving the product, I found it did not change colour to my skin but instead remaining white. After contacting Dermamuse via email with my issue, I received a very quick response from April who was lovely. After providing photos and a short video as evidence, April kindly offered me some options, one being keeping the products and receiving a small refund which I chose. The fast communication from April was great and very much appreciated.

I will give it a 4, for the overall experience that is mostly cause of customer support.
Initial order did not take long, the usual shipping towards my country but the shade was off. I am from Greece so I opted for the Natural shade going off the website examples. The shade did not suit me whatsoever which was surprising and after a bit of going back and forth with Paula, she agreed to ship me another shade to try, so I tried the Dark.. which is advertised to suit darker complexions, which arrived in record time (under 10 days)
Now for the actual product.. The natural has the typical foundation smell, and it applies very easily, almost too easily but I found it incredibly hard to make it change color. It needed a lot and I mean a loooot of blending and quite a lot of pressure to get it to change from white to "skin" color which was not exactly standard experience. I followed Paula's advice but it did not get to work.
The dark one that I was sent is a much better fit. It doesn't smell the same however, it smells more like a cream. It "melts" easier, it blends easier and it gives off a better result but it changes color even in the stick. Many differences from the natural.
Applying it to full face I would say it offers medium coverage (to me) and it's rather shiny. Overall, its decent. As for the extra foundation of natural that I have left.. I'll either give them away or find other uses for them.
Paula, at the customer support was absolutely wonderful and my experience with her was flawless and she deserves a 10/10.
