This product not only didn’t do what it promised, but after using it a handful of times in less than 2 months it has already stopped working, even after being charged all day. Not to mention the bottom piece was constantly falling off. I inquired twice and received no support. Save your money, don’t buy this scam

I bought this after seeing videos and looking at some reviews in their site. It does shave, but when you are looking for a closer, smooth shave it does not do the job. I tried with shaving cream and then was told to try shaving it dry. It causes irritation when you do it dry and still does not do the job either
In addition the refund policy is a joke. You have to pay to ship it back, to China, making it not worth it. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

Dermave trimmers are cheaply made, overpriced, doesn't do what they claim. The whole thing falls apart when you try to clean it. I've gotten better results from cheap brow trimmers from CVS. Don't buy! They also refuse returns.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This product is terrible, and the company is a scam! Unfortunately, I did make the mistake of buying straight through their site instead of Amazon, so they made my life VERY difficult when I tried to get a refund. Amazon should not support this company and allow them to be on their site. This "razor" (and I assume all of their products) does not do ANYTHING like they say it will. It's all lies, and any good reviews you see are either bots or paid for by the company. It doesn't eliminate hair effectively; you would have to pass over one part of hair about 20 times, and even then I don't think it would ever be smooth. This company tries to act like you can return the product in a 30-day window, but that is a LIE! They first require a video of you using the product, and then they send you a standard pre-written long list of instructions of how to use it like you're the idiot consumer not doing it right. If you still insist on a refund, then they give you all these hoops to jump through to return the product to China (on your dime, mind you), which includes notifying them when you get the delivered notification so they may confirm they received it. Or if you don't want to go to the trouble they will grace you with a 10% refund. Wow... thanks for my $4. This company is just a big criminal empire and every person who works there should be arrested.

I ordered a razor machine. It took a month and when I received it it was not working. It has been now another month and I have not received my money back or a replacement. Its a fraudulent company!

Never buy here. I seldom write a bad review but the oil smells like old ass, not like strawberries. And I used the trimmer once and it fell apart when I cleaned it. I can’t get the parts to stay together, and I’ve spent hours on it.

They will not refund you more than 3% unless you want to pay to ship it to China.

I've tried so many trimmers before, but they either pulled or missed sport. Dermave is different - it feels precise and comfortable to hold. I even told my sister about it after she saw how soft my legs were, lol. Only wish the charging cable was a bit longer, otherwise amazing.

Honestly, I didn't expect much when I ordered the Dermave trimmer, but wow. It glides effortlessly and leaves my skin sooo soft. No irritation at all, even on sensitive areas like my underarms. I even tried it in the shower and it worked perfectly! Highly recommend.

Awful, awful customer service experience. I clicked on an ad late one night on Instagram for the trimmer, which looks identical to their callus remover, and, not knowing the callus remover had been added to my cart, I bought the callus remover on accident (why would clicking on an ad lead you to another product??). When I received the wrong item and contacted customer support, they told me for a $15.98, they would send me a new one (the same price as their "restocking fee"). I thought I was paying a restocking fee for the callus remover. Nope, they had sent me the wrong invoice. When I received a second callus remover in the mail and contacted customer support, they informed me that it was my fault for paying the invoice for the callus remover (again, I thought I was paying the restocking fee) and advised me that they would send me another invoice for a trimmer. Except they didn't. It took them two reminders and 13 days to send me an invoice for the trimmer. Their shipping is also dreadfully slow. So, all in all, I put in my first order on June 28th and received my bad bikini razor on October 1 while also paying an extra total of $31.69 to be shipped the wrong item at a painfully slow rate.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased this product. Once received I put it to charge and it never took a charge. I contacted Customer service over and over to return my product and get a refund. Two months later and I’m still dealing with this vendor. They refuse to accept the fact the product never took a charge. Audacity to ask me if I dropped it, did I wet it, did it dry charging it. I’m not a child. The outlet works, it never took a charge and I was never able to use it.

Terrible scam product and company. Do NOT buy from them. Their razor broke after just a couple of months and said they would send a replacement if I covered the shipping cost. They NEVER sent the razor after emailing them 6 times to ask about it. This is not a real company it is a scam.

Terrible product. Broke after 5 months and company won’t stand behind it without me repaying for shipping. Saying it broke after extended use so they clearly don’t expect their product to last longer than 5 months. Will never purchase from them again.

Ordered June 28 & received a few weeks later but package all dented. Opened & so basically single hair trimmer that really is NOT for underarms or bikini area t all as need multi blades or rotators. Gave me worst rash under the arms as just pulls on hairs, trims horribly & literally useless compared to a razor.
They want you to send. video before returning then find out has to be returned to China (warehouse is in TX so don't be fooled) then MAYBE could get a refund after shipping international OR can keep & they give you 20% back. I kept & threw away so lost most money on it ($10 back finally Aug 28). Just don't buy....

Dermave™ Trimmer 2.0 I purchased this on June 2025. First of all when it didn't want to turn on, I pressed the button hard and it turn on, then used in the shower and work well. And after that one time it Never ever turn on.! I email customer service their response is to send them a short video showing them that the product doesn't want to turn on. I have video it several times and they keep responding to keep sending them or video I've asked them to refund my money or to send me a new product and they keep saying to send them a small video. Worst experience ever. I really lost out on this product. It's a shame that they're are false company scamming people.

I bought the electric trimmer 2.0 online on March 30, 2025 and it arrived shortly after. But by May, the razor stopped working. I contacted the company and they said they would replace it (with me just covering shipping). After may emails back and forth, and assurances that they just needed a "few more days" to work things out on their end, I stopped hearing from them. No refund, no replacement, and no answers.

I purchased one of their bikini razors after reading their website reviews and their promised 30-day full refund gauruntee. I tried the razor for 2 weeks and it simply did not work. I then attempted to return the product and they had multiple hoops to jump through. Finally, they told me they would not honor that refund unless I paid to ship the product to thier warehouse in China - the cost of which would be more than the refund. They instead offered me a 20% refund. I accepted, and they then gave me even less than 20% -- claiming that I had gotten a discount initially (I did not).

This is a horrible business that is making a profit by selling shoddy merchandise with false promises, and then stealing money from cusotmers during their refund process.

100% agree with all the previously posted reviews. Mine worked one day and stopped turning on after that and when I tried to return I've had to jump through multiple hoops with their customer service sending videos of it not working. Still haven't gotten a refund.

The razor is just tearing your skin the same way as a dull blade or shaving razor.
The delivery took them 18 days! And when I finally received it didnt started at first.It occured that you need to press longer after charging it for hours.
No detailed docs on how to use it in the box.
Then you get to the best part, after using it on bikini line, dry as it shown in their add, you get increddible skin burn, like after razer but massive.
I dont think you can actually use it in the shower, cus when talk to customer service they specifically ask you to check if its wet or not, to make it work.

Thats bs! cus originally they try to make it look like its comming from Texas, though really slow. Than they say its their policy, cus the item was not deffective.

This is just the cheapest razor fom Temu or Aliexpress, that they sell you for $40 pretending that it was discounted from $79 ( are you kidding me?). The total thing is a complete scam.
All this add from multiple bloggers on insta is just shameful!
If you dont want to pay for shipping they keep pointing you another options - not to return it and get 20% of the price (I believe its an actual price of this device +some profit still for them).
